Complimentary drinks and newspapers are nice and help the time go by quicker. The people are nice and efficient, they know what to do and run through checks on your car to see if anything is amiss and if you want it fixed. Oil changes may be their main thing, but they will do other changes if you need it. That also means you need to be aware so they don't up-sale you too much. Everything comes at a price! As long as your aware, they do a great and efficient job, I won't hesitate to go back next time I need a change.

Another negative is that the oil changes take 3+ hours. In January 2026, I made an appointment, and when I arrived, they told me it would only take an hour, but I was there for nearly four hours. If you go in knowing all of this, and you are not using them for repairs, Walmart Auto Care Center offers a good value.
