The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

I watched all three employees handle customers while I was in line. I ended up getting the woman, and I wish I had gotten one of the men, because this woman was very friendly assisting the Latino man before me, but she did not give me the same friendly demeanor, and she was not very helpful at all telling me I have to look up what fuses I need for my vehicles by myself. She said that their computers don't do it there, and I know that's a lie because they've done it for me before. I told her the other people do it, and that I'll go to the other location, and I left because she didn't want to help me anyway. She has very poor customer service skills, and she's an asshole... pissed me off, and I was having a very great morning. Finally the employee unboxing asked what do you need. Explained the situation and presented my receipt. He stated they didn't have it in stock. Instead of looking up where another store had the part I had to ask him to do so, he did , and it wasn't close so I asked to have brought to this location. The employee told me I'd have to pay for it in full AGAIN, and when it arrived in 3 days I'd get my money refunded.
