Would never recommend to having a car spoiler put on. When I called, I spoke to Tony And he sd he could put the spoiler on my car. Didn't sound to reassuring though but went by some reviews with other stuff being good but no experiences with car spoilers. I got the car back, looked good. Looked more closely at it & the padding strips were hanging out a little but I let it go. Couple weeks go by, I open trunck & saw in wheel wheel alot of water. This was due to it raining and water getting in from where it was not sealed properly on top, also not telling me had to drill hole. So I had to pay money to seal it myself. Wasn't to bad though. So now, I have another car to put soiler on. Told me it was same price as other one but when I went to pick up car, charged me more money saying took longer, which it didn't. My appointment was at 9am. Sd nothing else going on in morning so can work on right away. Got a call from Tony at 10am letting me know how to drill hole, which was nice he did this time compared to last time. So now I go pick it up and nice 2small chips at both sides of spoiler on top. The guy that installed it sd they were there when took off originally spoiler. Makes no sense. I took it to 2 other places to look at &they sd those chips are from the tools they used to get original spoiler off. Took it back to Finishline, Talked to Marcus, he's either the manager or owner i think, of course he denied it all. He did Saud, well, they are only 2 small chips, what's the big deal. Well they were not there so fix it. He sd to bring it by one day& he would fix it, contact him first & will work something out. Well, I have texted him 3 times & emailed twice since week & half ago & NO RESPONSE!!. Obviously this is how they handle things when they are liers!! Where to begin? I went to Finishline to have a stereo system installed in my Jeep Wrangler. Within three months I had to go back almost a dozen times for various issues. The radio stopped working, the sub blew twice etc. my install felt rushed and unfinished, little did I know. They even dented my door jamb several times, on each side. They damaged my brand new vehicle. I finally just paid them to take the system out, I paid $1,000 in labor for less than three months of actual usage. They're such a mess I really didn't care. The worst part is the communication. During all my visits nothing was documented, managers weren't alerted. I was so excited to have this done and that excitement was ruined by Finishline. After I took it to another shop(read my other reviews) I found out how bad of a job they had done. Everyone there is nice and they try to be helpful but the lack of leadership is glaring. Stay away! I just purchased rims for my 2013 Avalanche at Finishline Auto Salon in Maple Shade and was very happy with the product and service. I went in not sure of what rims would work but wanted my truck to look classy and not off-road. Tony spent 90 minutes until a little past his closing time on Saturday. After exhausting his suppliers, he said "hold on' I know just the rims". He opened up a supplier from CA and it was exactly what I had envisioned. The rims were ordered and installed the following week and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them and if you get Tony to help, it will be a bonus for you. read more

Had a stereo installed almost a year ago in my bmw with a back up camera. The stereo fell apart the harness that holds the radio started to come loose. The wires were exposed and only capped vs. soldered. The backup camera fell off. I just paid another custom car shop to fix my system for $600.I would not recommend! The work that that was originally done did not last because shortcuts were taken. Advise! read more

He explained all the details and how the process worked. Brought my car in and was out in a few hours. Staff was very professional and personable. I bought (headlights) LED lights and had them installed on my 2005 Toyota Sequoia in July of 2020 because the original lights were very dirty and not worth cleaning Tony said. I went back a week later to tell them I don't think they are installed properly because there's a gap that allows moisture in when it rains and they get foggy. I was told they are supposed to fit like that. He said if you have any issues, call or come back and we'll reach out to the maker. I now have traveled/moved to Florida and the light on the side has fallen out. They told me (Tony) it's been 6 months and you drove to Florida, we can't guarantee the work. It's only been 4 months. He also told me, a 52 year old single female, how do we know that you didn't take it apart yourself. If I paid hundreds of dollars to upgrade the appearance of my truck, why would I disfigure it? They have offered me NO RESOLUTION and I didn't even ask for nor want my money back, I only want the side lamp replaced. Shop at your own risk!!!!!!! read more

I am absolutely disgusted with the service provided by Finishline! After being sold wheels that would simply not balance, (may I add these were my 3rd set of wheels for my truck but first set purchased from this shop). After months of returning to the shop looking for a fix caused by extreme vibration at higher speeds, the employees Adam & Frank had only continued to rebalance the wheels and suggest ideas that they did not act on. The communication from the Finishline team was absolutely horrible, I had to call and email first every time and wait weeks for a response. It had gotten to the point where the issue had been taken up the chain with management and the owner. After waiting weeks for a response, I contacted management again (Amy from their Sales Department) who then sent me an email stating that they could no longer help me resolve the issue or refund me for the wheels. As an owner of 3 cars and a investor of property, I have never done business with a shop that refused to back their own work. I would NEVER recommend Finishline Auto Salon to anyone, and I will be sure to share my story across any platform that allows reviews for them. read more
