Would give them 0 stars if I could. 4wp Melbourne is way better than this place. Took my truck twice to rebalance after rotation and first time they added 20 oz of weights to one wheel when I returned they said the machine calibration was off. Now second time alit less weights but still shaking after 60. Was butter smooth when 4wp Melbourne balanced them. Not returning I guess I lost my money. Sucks because they were going to be my go to on every rotation and tire change. Not to mention they scratched my wheel the second go around. I noticed when I got home. Also will note customer service is very very cold. Gonna take the 2 hour drive north to get quality service We live in a world where quality and service is a thing of the past, it's so sad. if your running 37s this isn't the place to go read more

Stopped by this to inquire about a cargo cover, and roof & cargo rack for my Tundra. The place was super nice, clean and tons of merchandise to give any truck enthusiast plenty of ideas to modify their truck. The staff was super friendly although the guy I dealt with was as not very knowledgeable and as soon as he recognized he could not answer my question he got the manager ( I think). This guy was great he went over everything I wanted, he looked it up on the internet got all the part numbers, my email and told me he'll get back to me with a quote. Although 4WP didn't have the best reviews I was going to consider them if the price was as right. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately for me 4WP never got back to me. They started out strong but couldn't close it out. This modification phase was small (~4K) but the second phase will be more then double and because of 4WP lack of following up they lost a potential sale. read more

Love the guys who work here! I have purchased 3 sets of tires here for Jeep Wranglers from 2012 through 2015. I recently experienced a problem with a set of Pro Comp AT Sport tires installed on a new Wrangler Sport with just 250 miles. After swapping out 2 tires that were out-of-round, the problem persisted. I was told to pick out a set of tires from a different maker (Nitto) and they were installed. No charge to me. Could not be happier with the product or the service. I have to add, being female, I am NEVER treated like a "dumb girl" here. Huge points for that! This time, for the new tires, while I waited, I was given a new catalog to peruse while waiting. Several issues with this place, I would not recommend going here. I chose this place considering its a franchise.. but I assure you, never again. I went in to buy a level kit and new tires for my truck, guy did the measurements and got all the specs. Perfect. Of course nothing is in stock, so i waited roughly a week before the instal. No problem.. yet. Day of the instal - I drop my drunk off at 9:30 A.M. the employee is going over my invoice and advises me that the tires may or may not fit at which point I now become concerned since everything was measured and now your telling me otherwise. The employee then tells me if the tires do not fit, I will be responsible for them since they would now be considered "used". After expressing my concerns the employee advises me that I'm "stressing out" and that its only a "few hundred dollars" in a snappy attitude as if my concerns didn't mean sh*t to him lol. I then get the hint he's now trying to up sell me on a rim package which I decline. **god awful customer service** Later that day - I hear nothing all day, I'm assuming the instal is going fine. I call to get a status on my vehicle. I was advised that it would be ready for pick up by 6:00 P.M. (time the business closes). At 5:58 P.M. i am about to turn into the parking lot when I receive a call from the business to let me know that they would need to keep my truck till the next day because something went wrong and it was not safe to drive. Not only did they wait 2 minutes before closing to call me, but my truck has been there since 9:30 that morning and now I do not have a vehicle on what would be a Friday night. Next day - I receive a call at 9:30 A.M. to be told that my control arm broke, unknown how it happened, and they were waiting on the part from the dealer (that they would pay for). I was told if the part did not arrive then I wouldn't have my truck back till Tuesday. This is where I went full on Karen and asked for a manager and probably the only reason this review is getting 2 stars instead of 1. Manager assured me that they would pay towards a rental car if needed and that the job would be done as soon as the part arrived. Luckily the part came and the job was finished by the end of the day as well as applying a discount to my invoice for the trouble. Over all besides that piss poor customer service and operations of this place, the work was completed and I'm happy with the product. However I'd go someplace else to have the work done. read more

These guys have the worst attitude when it comes to customer service. Mike couldn't event get up from the back room to make sure his co worker gave me the right lugs for my vehicle. Had I not check the box they would've given me the lugs for a 5 lug set up verses a 8 lug set up. Doesn't seem like four wheel parts will get anymore business from me. Plus they mis quoted me and didn't want to offer me a better prices even with my company tax ID. read more

If there was less than a star, they've sure earn it............. As a newbie in a jeep, these people not only ripped me off but they almost got me KILLED on 595. Went in to get fixed the DEAD WOBBLE and the shocks were shot............ Right after i left from their shop the vehicle was fine, however, once i got on the express way, one of the stabilizing bars was not thigh enough or was so thigh that it came off. Basically there was no handling and was so afraid for my life........ not even funny... immediately i returned to the shop and they where laughing cause they saw my face........ what kind of Crap..... Really???? Whatever, they fixed it supposedly and then the Jeep started to get the DEAD WOBBLE after 6 months. Went back to get my supposed warranty and they said that the Tires is whats causing the DEAD WOBBLE because they tried stock tires and it did not have the problem.......... REALLLLLLY?????? Come on Mike (supervisor/Manager)............ after spending almost $3,000 on your shop now you want me to spend another $2000 on replacing my Mickey Thomson tires which they are still have a couple more years to go? All this because your shop was not efficient enough to fix the issue on the first time? Thankfully i've found a serious shop that knows what they are doing and was able to fix it by changing the stock bar to an aftermarket bar that is able to handle the weight of the big tires, only costed $400 NOT $2000 for new unneeded tires. NOT A TIRE ISSUE............. stop RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!!!!!............ AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.................. google any other off road shop and they will do a better job.......... than 4wheel parts....... and im not the only one that have had horror stories from this place....... read more

Just purchased some new toyos from them today appointment was at 3pm and was told that the machine to mount and balance was not working. Would have been nice to have been notified to allow enough time to find another shop to have the tires mounted and balanced. Last purchase from this store last thing that was told to me was sorry but its not going to happen today. For starters, I came into this location for tires. Rob, the great guy he is, sold me pro comp rims and bilstein shocks in addition to the tires I was purchasing. I was told that the parts would be here on Thursday and they can get everything installed same day. That's great. I call on Wednesday to make sure the parts were in so I could drop my truck off. I was told that I wasn't even on the schedule for Thursday. This was unfortunate but no worries. They told me that they will put me on the schedule next week. Again, I call Tuesday to make sure we are still on for getting my truck done on wednesday. I am told that my parts are on back order. After this, I'm a little upset. I've missed work because I needed to drop my truck off twice. So I called rob, I explained that I was upset but there was nothing he could do for me. I called him back and told him I'd appreciate SOMETHING. He asked me what I wanted. I told him that if he could take 100.00 off the bill, I would be happy. He agreed to take that off the final bill because he is such a great guy. And I really appreciated that. He also felt the need to tell me that he's trying to fire 2 staff members this week because he has a lot of complaints for that same reason.. not updating customers. I get there and I show rob my bank statement where he took 100.00 deposit and a 500.00 deposit but my invoice only showed a 500.00 deposit. When I showed him this, he was very defensive and assured me that I was reading the invoice wrong so he printed me a new one. I wasn't worried about it because the updated invoice showed the 600.00 deposit. I'm at work when I get a call from Rob explaining that my truck can't be done until we replace some other parts due to rust. I told him to get a list together and I'll see what I can do because I want to do it right. A day goes by, nothing. So I call Rob to ask how long he's going to have my truck and if he has the list together but I can't speak with Rob because he's busy but I am told that he is still working on the list. I continue waiting and when I still had no update, I called again. Rob tells me that in order to replace everything that we were already replacing, he needs me to replace an additional 3500.00 worth of parts. This sounded very strange to me because most of the things that he wanted to replace, I've had replaced in the last 4 to 6 months. So I paid another 30.00 in an Uber fare to pick my truck up and took it somewhere else. Everything is fine. So I call 4wheel parts and explain to them as nicely as I possibly can that I'm just going to pick my parts up and install them when I have the money to replace the things that I need replaced. I asked them to mount and balance my tires for me and they said they could not do that. I asked again and I was put on hold because they needed to speak with Rob. Rob gets on the phone and says it's not happening. I told him that this is my only day off and that I would appreciate it if he could get them mounted and balanced for me. I told him that I could even help him do it if he is understaffed. His reaponse was, " if you want them mounted and balanced, pick them up and take them somewhere else." After that, I asked for a corporate number. He would not give me a corporate number. I asked again and he gave me a number for their district manager in Orlando. Very nice guy. And I'm not just saying that. They made sure my tires were mounted and balanced same day and I appreciate that. Rob would not talk to me and they did not charge me for my mount and balance and when I saw the amount of weight on the rims, I knew it wasn't right. So I had them balanced somewhere else and everyone in that shop saw the weight on the tires when I took them out of the back of my truck. After they were balanced I was able to see that they intentionally messed the weight up. They were all asking who did it and I let everyone know it was 4wheel parts. Miami Gardens. 215. And I continue to let everyone know how horrible my experience was. This place is a joke. Not one issue installing anything! read more

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered a plow set up on December 10th and on February 24 I called about a piece still missing from the setup that was back ordered. Why would you be selling something that you do not have? Well I called for a refund and I am responsible for a restocking fee. So now I am being charged for shipping and restocking. In addition to that I have had 3 snow storms and unfortunately because of the Push tubes required for the plow set I paid for and never received I was unable to use the plow. Two weeks ago, I had the awesome task of picking up my 2012 Jeep Wrangler "Deputy Dog" from the 4 Wheel Parts Store #215, Miami, Fl after having them install a 5.5" Rock Krawler Rock Runner Long Arm Kit with Coilovers with reservoirs. I have nothing but GREAT things to say, not only about the quality of the work that was done on my jeep, but the continued customer care provided by the staff. Questions, concerns, and adjustments??? All were taken care of immediately. I was even given a small educational lecture as to the benefits of the lift kit that was installed. At that time, I was encouraged to visit the 13th Annual Truck and Jeep Fest being held at the Orange County Convention Center on August 22 and 23, 2015, which is approximately 240 miles away from my home. Having had such a positive experience since the onset of my Jeep Build, I arranged my scheduled to ensure I would be able to attend. Upon arriving at the 4 Wheel Parts Truck and Jeep Fest at the Orange County Convention Center, I was in awe of all the amazing trucks, jeeps and vendors that were present. Immediately, I was greeted by Mike Melotto, Manager of the 4 Wheel Parts Store #215, Miami, FL, which made me feel a lot better knowing a friendly face that I truly trust. I ordered 4 tires off the internet. Phones the store and set up an appointment to have them installed. Confirmed that they were in. Drove 3 hours round trip to get them and was told the payment had not posted yet from my bank. NOT TRUE!! I went online to my bank and THE PAYMENT HAD POSTED TO THEM THE DAY BEFORE. They would not let me pick up the tires so I drove back home and ordered them from Tire Country in Pompano Beach instead!! PLEASE READ BEWARE !! I have dealt with 4 wheel parts in other locations for years. I have built 3 vehicles with 4 wheel parts, in their shops and ordering parts thru mail. The other locations were very nice and honest. The guys at Miami Gardens are NOT very HONEST. Brought my truck in there to have something fixed. They said they i would have to leave the truck there. So i made arrangement to do so. I left it there over night and called the next day in the afternoon. When I called they said they had to order the part, and it will be in later that day. I said ok. Also I asked since you have the truck there please look at the front end suspension, and let me know if theirs anything it needs. They said no problem they will look at it. Got a call later that day and they said it needed 2 tie rods, a control arm and alignment.. They said the cost was going to be 1600.00$. I was shocked because the truck drove fine. But I have had TRUST in the STORE BRAND so I said ok do it. 2 days later they still didn't have the parts, and they said they couldn't locate them. So after having my truck for 4 days I went to pick it up and nothing was done. They said they will call me tomorrow when the parts are in. NEVER called me again. I was worried about the truck front end and went to another 4 wheel specialist. They told me 1 arm looks like it wearing and the arm cost 129.00$ (plus one hour of labor) I wasnt sure if I should trust this place because of the 2 BIG differences in opinions. I did not get it done. I was out of town the 3rd weekend after that and was in the vicinity of another 4 wheel parts location.(SAME STORE BRAND as the Miami Gardens). So I went in to let them look at it..... To make along story shorter they told me you have 1 arm that's bad on your truck. I have never wrote a review on anyone, 1st one ever.... I ordered Goodyear tires back in mid April because the price was excellent, $40 less per tire compared to anywhere else. I was told they were on back order and would take 3-4 weeks. It's now Sept. 1st and no one knows why they haven't arrived nor when they are expected to arrive. I just cancelled the order and will never buy from there again. They advertise an unbelievable price for an order they cannot fill. read more

I asked for a price on a 2" leveling kit on a brand new GMC TRUCK and Mike quoted me $ 850.00. I told him I think It was a little overpriced on the labor since the parts where only $ 179.00, and he right away agreed to go $ 200.00 down on the price. I was very specific in that I didn't want any rubbing or cutting and he assured me they knew what to do.I gave him a deposit and make an appointment for the following Monday. I show up just to find out that I was not on the list for that day. When they finally get it done on Thursday and I got on the road I started smelling burn rubber. The tires are rubbing against the control arm on the inside when I turn. I went back only to be told that the dealer sold me a $ 50000.00 new truck with the wrong rims and tires, LOL.
