I don't recommend shopping at Kohl's unless you're okay with effectively paying to place and return…read moreorders. I spent $80 on an order and received $10 in Kohl's cash. I used that Kohl's cash on a second $28 order. When I returned the entire $80 order, Kohl's only refunded $70. I later returned the $28 order and was refunded the full $28. When I asked why I paid $108 for both orders but only received $98 back, I was told it was because I used the $10 Kohl's cash. Since I can't use Kohl's cash to pay my credit card, I end up losing that money entirely. In the end, it cost me $10 just to buy and return items, which feels unfair and misleading.
