However, they did get the upsell today... because they were knowledgeable, and informed me that my "suggestion" would probably void the warranty on the car. I think it was like a $15 difference. That's an excellent trade in my opinion! They also corrected some information I had received from 2 other shops in the prior few weeks (on other issues). Her demeanor led me to believe that she didn't report the inspection on purpose to inconvenience me, as I had apparently inconvenienced her when she did the inspection. Also, she told me to stay in my car during the inspection and she never even drove it, which I now know is illegal. My family will be going elsewhere. I ended up getting another inspection just down the road. Much more positive experience and i was able to register my vehicle online the next morning.

The car ended up being totaled so no repairs were done but they still tore it down for the insurance adjuster to come and look at it. As well as worked with us to get our belongings out of the car before getting sent off. Highly recommend these guys since a good honest car shop is hard to find.
