STICKY FINGERS, NO MASKS, AND BAD ATTITUDES! Careful when you shop here, you may not always get what you pay for. I was an AVID customer for 6 months, but won't be back again. I was in the shop on Wednesday (2/3/21) and purchased 14g plus a pre-roll - but one of the 8ths that I purchased was missing from my order. Also, none of the bottles were labeled. After quickly realizing this once returning home, I called and spoke with a rep - who was very helpful - and explained to her that the person who was helping me I believed forgot to put the 8th in my bag and that I wanted to confirm if the 8th was still on the counter possibly. She quickly told me that it was not on the counter, but that she would contact me after she spoke with management and they reviewed the security cameras. I then received a text 40 minutes after I made the call telling me to return to the shop. So, I called to speak with the rep again and confirm what happened - who then stated that Management reviewed the cameras and confirmed that what I said was true. To put things into perspective, I was IN THE SHOP at around 5:00 pm, returned home and MADE MY CALL at 5:16 pm, RECEIVED THE TEXT at 5:57 pm, called to CONFIRM W/ MANAGEMENT WHAT HAPPENED at 6:10pm. I was already on my way to work, so I asked her if I could come in the next day, Thursday (2/4/21), and she said that was fine and that there would be a note on my account. So, I come in on Thursday not only to receive the 8th that was missing from my order as well as to purchase ANOTHER 14g of a particular strain I'd been looking for. No one was masked, there wasn't a note on my account, Management said that though they remembered me that they would have to check the cameras again and the male budtender who helped me (the same person who helped me on Wednesday), A, patronized me as I made my purchase with a series of insulting questions and ended up giving me VERY SMALL buds (see pictures). If you come here, you will have to be very firm with your bud tenders as they cut corners! This place just isnt' work the risk to your health or your wallet. They have lost my money and my referrals. read more

Employees--great service. Management--worst experience in a long time :/ Today I was sold a non-functioning vape pen. I quickly returned and they were gracious enough to replace. I tested the replacement once in store, and it worked YAY. I then tried it again after leaving and it didn't work. I took a video of the product not working 3/4 times to show the manager. She claimed that because it worked once of the 4 times, that it was fine. I literally had proof that the product was defected and respectfully asked her to review it. She didn't. She never apologized for the inconvenience, and wouldn't let me exchange for another product. By this point, I asked "do all of your products only work 25% of the time?". Of course no answer, because she knows it's BS to sell a product that works 1/4 of the time. She told her sales associate that I could come back for a restock on what I bought. I'm heading out of town, I'm not interested coming back a FOURTH TIME for a product that is not manufactured properly. The manager is a sales nightmare and isn't bringing people back for more. This place only has a few stars because they bribe customers with free joints to leave a good review. I had started to come here regularly but will not be returning. As a manager myself, I realize that I can't always make people happy. I have to work my responses around my companies policies. If you are going to let me down, at least of the respect to have a conversation with me (not talking to your associate like I'm not even there) and explain what you CAN do. How trashy to make her wonderful sales girl clean up her mess for her. This bootleg dispensary will be shut down soon like all the others. I'm happy to go to LA for my pot, knowing products are safe, reliable and management is competent and respectful. Thank you to everyone else--you deserve better. I'm a professional that spends $150 dollars a week. I live in Altadena all my life. I was excited to see a dispensary opening a few blocks away from my house. I was terribly disappointing at the rude and unprofessional manner from the dark skin asshole behind the counter. He was rude and and disrespectful. I walked out without purchasing anything. Went in to the store to pick up a cart for my pen. The front desk guy who checks your ID was very rude and was too high to answer simple questions. I wanted to give it 2 stars because the employees behind the counter were very helpful and nice but after trying the cart I was very disappointed and know there are better places to go. Called to see if they were open. They said last call is 10:45. I got there at 10:45 and they didn't let me in. They said they were all packed up. Even though I told them that I drove 12 miles and knew what I wanted. I only needed a couple minutes. I've spent thousands of dollars at this shop because they have a decent wax deal even though the wax is not that great. I will never go back to this shop again they always hire the worst employees with horrible customer service. I will go to my local shop down the street and pay more for higher quality wax. read more
