I'm Sweet Flower's newest fan! I have an upcoming vacay and needed some discreet edibles to pop while doing my thing. I was in Pasadena and saw some good options at Sweet Flower and in I went. The staff was soooooo friendly from the security to the register, which I always appreciate in my dispensaries. Prices are good and their sales are even better. I actually placed my order online before going in so everything was all set & I could scope out the deals. Picking up was seamless, easy and fast paying cash in person. I was able to find street parking outside without a problem on a weekday morning. I'll definitely pop back into Sweet Flower when I'm in Pasadena! read more

Love this shop! There's not that many in Pasadena but even if there were this shop is great. The people are always friendly and helpful even with only 10 minutes before they close which is usually when I come after work. They have exactly what I want always (raw garden and jetty) and their own brand of carts are also actually really decent for the price point. Shout out to the person with the amazing makeup that always looks amazing, the dude with the long hair, the dude with the short hair, and DEYSI who is always great and helpful! Also some good deals. They told me during my first visit that my second time was 20% off and when I returned during the same week, they said the offer expired within a week. I told them that I did come back within the week and they changed what they said and stated that actually it was the policy has changed within that week and they no longer have those deals. Brightly lit, decorated minimally - it's all designed to make the bud stand out. And stand out it does! In the middle of the store are different varieties of their bud. Whether it's blue dream you're looking for, or OG kush, they have whatever you need. And they're all individually housed in this nifty contraption that pumps out their scent for you to sniff. The staff is so chill and chirpy, you can tell that they're happy with the products they offer. It made us take home a bunch of stuff to try. I bought 4 vapes on Friday from them, paid twice as much for half as much product than I pay at home. Then, three of the four stopped working. Still full, no buttons to push, they just stopped working. Because I live 2 hours away, in the mountains, where we're currently getting 12" of snow, I called the store to see if they could troubleshoot. Apparently, the only thing they could do for me is exchange them, if I bring them back to the store, 2 hours away. I'm angry. They showed zero interest in helping me use the product I purchased from them, heck, they couldn't even be bothered to give me their names on the phone. read more

I've been here 4 or 5 times (I know, I know, I did it to myself), but I kept wanting to support this local business...but today I've finally learned my lesson. "I'm sorry" is a phrase that no one that works here has ever said to me even though every time I've ordered online and picked up, something has been wrong with the order (price and/or product selection). Today, the website offered discount prices on a few pre-rolls. When I arrived they told me I can't have that deal without buying more. Then why did the website let me put it in the cart or place the order? Or at least explain this when I first arrive (not after they've gathered the rest of my order) OR at the bare minimum apologize for and fix your awful website. One time, they gave me a product that was not as described on their site (it was supposed to be a pre-roll, it was ground flower in a glass tube and half the amount). I walked all the way home, discovered this, and had to walk all the way back to correct it. They didn't apologize and then tried to charge me more to replace it with what I ordered. I sent a message to management and never got a response. I see here on yelp they don't even bother messaging people who have a bad experience. Yeah, that should tell you everything you need to know. They don't care about you once they have your money. So don't give it to them. Trust me. read more

And then I have to complain and request some kind of discount because the price they give me in the store is higher than what I saw online. Their customer service has really taken a dip. There are like 2-3 people that are great and the rest are either rude or make you feel like you're not even there. My mom and I bought 4 Gold Blend by Maven disposable vapes on Friday 2/13. We spent the day enjoying Pasadena and then drove 2 hours to get home. Three out of 4 of these vapes completely stopped working after we charged them. Some we live so far away we called the store asking if they could help us troubleshoot the issue and potentially get them working again, but the manager couldn't do that and would only offer an in store exchange. I found this customer service to be pretty terrible. She suggested that we call the manufacturer to reschedule the problem but they don't have a customer service line. read more

Came back today for an exchange and the girl working was very understanding. I was worried at first since I've never had this problem with devices before. Wow! What a cool little store! We never noticed it before but decided to visit. It's a retail dispensery with a good variety of different types of flowers, edibles, teas, vapes, wellness items and company merch. I like the way this is branded and the atmosphere of the store. It's very inviting and open. It feels like a high end skincare line or specialty store. Others I've been to, and I'm pretty inexperienced with this, have been a bit intimidating. It's open to the public, they did have security check our IDs as we walked in. It's an open space with big windows to the outside walkway. The store had the available items displayed with prices. Then they would order from the back and process the check out. It is cash only. They do have an ATM located inside the store so that was convenient. The packaging was super cute with a pretty logoed bag. Service was quick and friendly. Located on Colorado so mostly street parking only. They have 20% off for the month of November! Returning customer for a while now. Products are always on point just wish they can get the product knowledge a bit more accurately. I was in there seeking Jeeter Rosin pre rolls and was told all Jeeters have rosin. I am too a sales man and customer service individual who takes pride in his work and would expect the same from those who service me. There were no customers was early enough to start off the shift positive but I got treated like a burden like I'm asking for free stuff.
