I called this morning and talked to another person in Sales, since Donnie would not return my calls, and he confirmed that the backorder part is scheduled to arrive today at their place. I've been told that before. Regrettably, I had to cancel the complete order. I am a very patient man, but I do not tolerate poor follow-up, nor dishonesty.

The dealer gave me a cold shoulder and offered no help stating they don't deal with tire issues.(but that is a different story). After making dozens of calls and getting the run around by other tire dealers, Flynn's/Snyder stepped right up to the plate and took the bull by the horns. They understood my frustration and quickly contacted Goodyear and resolved a warranty claim for me. I was VERY impressed how quickly this issue was resolved. I was able to get all 4 tires replaced under warranty and even upgraded to a different tire for just a few bucks Let me tell you I am hard to please and even harder to impress. I drove home with a smile on my face and 4 Brand New tires in my shiny new car!! Way to Go!!

Now it is July and I just took it out of storage and saw that they took my Silver Vette Valve Caps off and replaced them with old and wore black caps! The Silver ones they took was worth over $35.00. So someone got some free Vette Valve Caps. Never go there again!
