Absolute Top Quality Work. Our Ford Escape was rear ended by a distracted driver (gosh darnit…read morepeeps, put your phones away while driving!). The damage was extensive, to the tune of 9,000+ dollars. The other driver's car insurance suggested Grossi so we headed up the road to their location for the estimate and repairs. Their building is not only easy to find, but quite swanky. It definitely gives an air of the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. Marty took care of us and the Escape, looking out for our safety by letting the car insurance company our vehicle was not road worthy so a rental should be issued. The whole process took several weeks from estimate, to part delivery, repairs, and return of the vehicle. Each week we got a phone call letting us know about the progress being made and completion date estimate. Now we have our Escape back and it looks like new. The whole process was seamless and while I hope I never have to use their services due to a crash, I will certainly keep them in mind for their other services.

He went above and beyond the call of duty to find me the car I was looking for. Now for service; I would never recommend you take a vehicle in for service work. I took my vehicle in with the complaint that the ac wasn't blowing very cold and wanted to see if it needed a recharge. I got a call from them that my car was ready for pickup, they found nothing wrong, no leaks and only slightly below refrigerant level. They never called for approval, but dumped all of my refrigerant and refilled it. After they completed this work there was no difference in the ac temperature. A few days later I noticed that my fan kept kicking on and off over and over again. This is a sign of over filling the refrigerant which was just done. I couldn't get it back in for almost a month and was hesitant to let them do any additional work to my vehicle. Well the fan and relay blew and my vehicle overheated. I took it back to them and they replaced the fan and relay under warranty. They never called to tell me my vehicle was ready so I called and they advised me that it was done. So no call for approval for repairs, no call that it was done and they charged me almost $700 for nothing. Then I was talking to my cousin who took her vehicle there, they recommend a full exhaust replacement so she took it to Monroe who advised her nothing was wrong. Don't make the same mistake I have, find another service station. Anywhere but Lyles Auto!!!

Looked them up and called them. They were there in no time (less than 1/2 hour wait time). *Please note, they did tell me that they do not share ride people in their tow truck (they ask for you to have someone meet you at the location and ride you home/to the garage where you are having your car towed to). VERY reasonable price... I had expected at least a $200 charge for super fast flatbed service and it was under $130 with tax. Great family run business.
