First,, Norm is an absolutely fantastic guy. When I drove up with my 5-year old, he invited us into the shop, showed my son all around, and invited us back any time. Second, this is a 100% family owned business, which Norm has taken over from his father (and it's on the most beautiful 25 acre plot you could imagine--a sight to behold in itself!). Third, Norm is exceptionally fair and reasonable in his pricing--he did it for a fraction of what another mechanic estimated. Fourth, he did the work in record time--ordered the part the day I came in and did the work the day the part arrived. I mean, I just cannot say enough good things about Norm and his business--I will be going back for life; and I will refer all of my friends and family to him for all of their autobody needs.

Tiffany's Towing routinely removes vehicles from private property without proper authorization or waiting the legally required 48 hours. This is a violation of the township ordinance. If this happens to you: 1. Call the Robinson Township Police (non-emergency line) before paying any fees. 2. Ask for proof of written consent from the property owner authorizing the tow. 3. Document everything -- photos, time, and names. 4. Do not pay until the police confirm the tow is lawful. Their actions are predatory and exploit people who don't know the local code. My next door neighbor just had the same problem with his E500 and when the tow company(not Garzonys) pulled the car on to the flat bed, contact with the ground ripped off the front clip including the front bumper cover. Donny assured us he could tow the car with no damage whatsoever. That's exactly what he did. Meticulous and very professionally done. Not a scratch. I actually have AAA, but opted to have Garzonys complete the tow at my cost because my prior experience with their towing service has been very satisfying and my son cherishes this car.
