Agyer going round and round, she'll finally do a Med Chat with their insurance/billing department. When they respond and she is informed you were correct, she won't even apologize to you. I would have gone elsewhere, but I was in a time crunch. After being checked in for a 4:15 xray, apparently the xray tech left for the day at 4pm. At about 4:50n, the male front desk personnel informed muaelf and another person waiting for an xray, that there xray tech left for the day and did not notify them per office protocol. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. It's worth the drive to another facility of imaging business. I can't believe this place is still in business!

If you want someone to show up 30 min early, then make the appointment 30 min earlier. Fix your scheduling department. However, I had filled out all the paperwork online, like a good little patient, then there's no reason to show up 30 minutes early. I don't need 30 minutes to put on a gown. Next Carla the technician should be fired immediately! She stated that since I did not show up 30 minutes early that she didn't have the time to do all four MRI's. I showed up on time for my scheduled appointment. Then they kept me in the waiting room for 20 minutes. Then another 10 minutes to change and wait in the changing area to be told I was late and they didn't have the time to do all my scheduled MRI's. It sounds like Carla has a time management problem, not me. Why didn't you get me back there as soon as I walked in and not keep me waiting for 30 minutes. Carla has to be one of the rudest and egotistical technicians I've ever met. I was on time, you don't know how to manage your time. So now, if I expect to get the MRI on my left shoulder, which she refused to do, I will have to pay another copay of $100 just for that and make another appointment somewhere because I will never go anywhere where she is working. SMIL and Honor Health needs to do better. Remember that your main concern are your patients and not your employees attitudes.

This facility canceled my MRI appointments seven separate times. I was originally scheduled for…read morethree MRIs on the last three Mondays in March. Each cancellation pushed the next available appointment out by another month, and I was not able to complete my final MRI until August 10. When I asked about my financial responsibility, I was informed that my portion was zero because I had already met my out of pocket maximum. On August 3, the staff repeatedly insisted that I owed $380 and charged me for my MRI. I asked them to verify the amount because it should have been zero. I was told to pay it anyway and that any difference would be refunded. As I was leaving, I was told they had overcharged me $120.00 and it would be refunded. After calling for clarification, on the same day I was told that amount was incorrect and that I would be refunded the full $380 and change. I was advised this refund would take up to 30 days. When I followed up on August 24, I was told the refund still had not been processed, but that it was being submitted that day. I called again today to check the status, and I was informed that the 30 day timeframe would now begin from August 24. I can't believe they haven't had more lawsuits. What a Great example of Horrible customer service and patient care.
