That company is now out of business, so I thought I'd try searching for someone new just to find out how much it would cost. That's how I found Blueagle. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the fee was, and then double excited that they were going to come take the rugs away! They even would take them out of the rooms if I wanted (however I opted to have my husband roll them up so I could quickly sweep and mop underneath). One of the six cleaned was the outdoor rug, and the contrast was most obvious on that: it came back looking new! The other 5 rugs cleaned look so nice and I can even feel the clean on my feet. I was quoted…read more$300-375 for the upstairs (5 bedrooms + stairwells) and then when he came I asked him to do the downstairs office and one area rug and he said he'd do another living rug too. When he left he said without me asking that I would get a bill from his office and he'd include a discount. I thought "oh that is nice he'll include a discount since I didn't ask" so kind. I then got a bill for $500. His office manager called me and when I asked her about it she said "prices are not transparent up front and you did not ask the price" basically saying I am too blame. My neighbors referred me to Dwayne and while he was so kind and nice I do feel a bit icky about the whole "prices are not transparent up front". Just feel down about the entire interaction and experience and wanted to let anyone know that I would recommend him for his work but BE DIRECT or you may feel taken advantage of.

We asked him to come back to finish the job within 2 days and he said he would. It's been over a week and he still has not been back. He posted a special of 3 areas for 125 but charged us 600. Beware
