My family has worked with Rheema and the 4Ever Young Living team since the Fall of 2017. Rheema was highly recommended by my husband's financial planner and good college friend to help my mother-in-law get some much-needed daily care. Over the last 5 years, my mother-in-law has experienced debilitating physical issues, making it harder and harder for her to care for herself and live alone without daily assistance. We had no choice but to look at long term care options for her. It was a very daunting task - trying to find reputable, nurturing, and skilled caregivers who we'd feel comfortable with coming into our home every day for 8-9 hours to care for our parent. It was a decision that was not taken lightly by my family. Luckily, Rheema was very knowledgeable in helping us not only find the right caregivers, but her team also helped us coordinate on processing my mother-in-law's long term insurance plan benefits. This was an arduous and technical task, but the 4Ever Young Living team was able to hold our hands through the process. I'm not going to lie, there were major hiccups along the way because the insurance company kept stalling on processing our claim. But in the end, with many phone calls, advocate letters, and coordination on 4Ever Young Living's part, we were able to get my mother-in-law's claims processed and paid for by the insurance. Rheema and her team are very well connected on all the care options available in the Orange County region. Not only did she place my mother-in-law with multiple caregivers over the last two years, but she also placed her into a temporary assisted living home to rehabilitate from back surgery so that she'd get more care 24/7 while she recuperated. And most recently, she helped place my mother-in-law's father away from a horrible assisted living facility that was neglecting the poor man into a nurturing and warm board and care home in Mission Viejo. He was in such poor condition at the facility that we thought he was near the end of his life. But since moving into the new board and care home, he's improved quite a bit and is now more socially active with us when we visit! All in all, it's been a real pleasure working with Rheema and her 4Ever Young Living team. Caring for our elders would have been very challenging without all of her guidance and support. Being entrenched in the "sandwich years" - caring for both young children as well as aging parents - necessitates the need to expand your village for support. 4Ever Young Living was a godsend in helping take of my dad. She not only came as a referral from a friend but also from the staff where my father was staying. Reema and her staff took the time to assess my father's needs to ensure there was a good fit between my father and his caretaker. The staff was professional, respectful and more importantly responsive to my or my father's needs. They were supportive and diligent in finding someone that could establish a trusting rapport with my dad. This was crucial as it so important to make sure your loved one is well taken care of and respected when you can't be there. I've tried other caregivers and I have to say, they missed the mark on so many levels. From not showing up on time, cancelling without ample notice or just not being responsive to my calls or my father's needs. It left me feeling even more stressed. With 4Ever Young Living, they called me in advance to confirm who was coming and when. They made periodic checks ensuring we were happy with the caregiver and were open to suggestions on how my dad's care could be improved to help him AND I feel more comfortable. This is great service that gave our family peace of mind which to me is priceless. I first heard about Rheema at 4Ever Young Living 2 years ago, although we didn't need her services at the time. When I unexpectedly needed help quickly last November she was right on top of it. She had a caregiver there the next day. The communication with this company is unparalleled. There are a few moving parts, but all involved are able to see and update information about their client immediately. The caregivers were very good. We had 1 or 2 that just weren't a good fit for us, as will happen with all services like this. The thing I like most about this company is their extreme willingness to reassign caregivers if it isn't a good fit. They also try to assign the same caregivers which gives very valuable continuity of care. The caregivers themselves were very caring and were able to handle my Mother extremely well.
