Locker room wasn't as clean as the other lifetimes I have been to. The steam room was smelly and sauna wasn't clean as well. The other lifetimes I had been felt like a nice spa with fragrances in the steam room. They have great workout facility similar to other lifetime gyms.

Once I went back with Erika Berry, the nurse practitioner, we talked about what I wanted the outcome to look like and she gave me her professional opinion (and I was not pressured to do anything I didn't want unlike some other med spas) and we discussed the price. I've been getting Botox and dermafillers for a few years and I'm super excited to say that I've FINALLY found my "home" Medspa. Erika is up to date on the latest and greatest injection sites. I consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons in the area all of them charged a min $150/consultation visit and $500-900/mole removal. In my case since we are Prime, I just needed to get a referral from my primary doctor, then everything from the initial consultation to all of the moles removal and follow up were covered fully. Sometimes you'd associate "free" to something that is "less" than paying thousands, nope, not in this case. They lost or messed up my chart and refused to honor my last remaining session, as well as two months of facial treatments that were included for my mom. What was very disappointing is that on the day of my scheduled appointment, while I was sitting in the lobby waiting, they sent me a message saying they would not be doing my session. No one even came to speak with me directly or try to resolve the issue. Instead of fixing the mistake on their end, the focus seemed to be on selling more services. Once you purchase a package, the treatment and customer service change completely. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
