My mother and I went to Core IV Therapy in Herndon VA, and everything was a 5 STAR EXPERIENCE…read more I absolutely loved coming to their facility. The lobby was so organized and had comfortable couches. Sydney, who checked us in, was extremely professional, informative, and friendly. She took the time to ask us all the proper questions to make sure we picked the best drips/shots. Sydney mentioned how her personal journey with shots/ drips helped her loose over 50 lbs and feels the best she has ever had! It meant so much to hear someone personal experience. Sergio introduced himself and brought us to the room to do all the injections. The room was extremely clean. Sergio was so patient with me since I'm not the biggest fan of shots, however it was quick and painless. Since my mother was doing a drip, Sergio took us to their relaxing lounge to wait in. The room was filled with so many comfortable seats where we can put our feet up. There are refreshments and calming music to enjoy. Sandy came in to introduce herself and ask how our experience is going. Sandy has such a welcoming, friendly energy where we all just connected so well. I feel like I could tell her anything without being judged. She shared her personal experience with her health struggles and what treatments worked really well. I asked her so many questions on certain diet, supplements, and peptides I was interested in. She took the time to answer everything with giving feedback and better choices when needed. My mother and I really enjoyed our conversation together that we almost forgot another 30 minutes went by. I can't explain enough that it is so refreshing to have such genuine conversations with everyone being so excited to share their own health journey. As we were walking out, Ginger, who is the owner, came out to thank us for coming in. She was so sweet and so appreciative over our business. I began to tell Ginger how excited I am to come back and make this a monthly visit. Ginger welcomed me to email her about more details on the health struggles I've been facing for YEARS. Not only did Ginger response so quick, but you can tell she has such passion with helping everyone. She took the time to work with me one on one to craft a routine that I have confidence in. I can truly tell that her business is such a blessing in this community and couldn't recommend coming enough. I feel like I'm on cloud 9 after leaving and so educated. Next month I will be signing up for their membership which has insane amount of perks and discounts. Ensuring me that my money and body/mind is taken care of. I have been to similar business in the past where it felt so transactional with half of the perks and I paid more at! My mother and I will now have this be a monthly routine of enjoying all the benefits that Core IV Therapy in Herndon, VA has to offer. I feel so supported and thankful to have experience this amazing business. Do yourself and body a favor and come see the amazing people at Core IV Therapy.

After browsing the website for Core IV Therapy and reading the Yelp reviews, I went in for a…read moreconsultation with the owner Ginger Delph. Here is the person we will be talking about. https://coreivtherapy.com/about-us/meet-the-team/ During our consultation, she offered a discount as incentive, if I paid for all of these treatments right then, which I decided to do. Ginger acted polite and cordial throughout the consultation (because she wanted my money). As it turns out, I would be in for a big surprise (more on that later). I made the following 5 appointments: 1. Cleanse & Detox 2. MAH Ozone 3. EBOO and NAD+ Package 4. EBOO and NAD+ Package 5. EBOO and NAD+ Package The facility is very clean and neat. For the first appointment, Patricia did the infusions. Sergio did the infusions for the second appointment. Patricia and Sergio were very polite and professional so no complaints there. During the consultation I was told that I would feel better overall after the first two appointments. After the first two appointments I didn't feel different at all. Since the last 3 appointments were by far the most expensive, I figured I should just cancel those appointments. I called and cancelled those last three appointments 12 days before the third overall appointment. The receptionist wanted me to speak with Ginger, but I didn't want to speak with her because I know she's going to try to convince me to keep those appointments. I just wanted a refund and that's it. Since cancelling the appointment, I called and left a voicemail with their AI answering system so I could give them my credit card information. I did not receive a call back. I sent a total of three emails to Ginger through their website requesting a refund and mentioning that nobody had called me back. Ginger never replied to any of these emails. I also replied to one of their text messages stating that I emailed Ginger about requesting a refund and that nobody called me back. I never received a reply back to this text message. So, I had no choice but to take her to a small claims court (Fairfax County General District Court). I did not want to go through all of this trouble but I had no choice. I gave her plenty of time to reply to my inquiries and she made a choice not to do so. At the hearing, Ginger put on quite a show. She knew she didn't have a case so she had to pretend like she did. I listened to her make claims to the judge that were simply not true. For example, she claimed that the receptionist called me back. This is not true. This is called perjury. Ginger also claimed that she reached out to me saying she would give me a refund. This was not true either. This is yet another count of perjury. If she had reach out to me, this issue might have been resolved then I wouldn't have gone through all the trouble of taking her to court. Makes sense right? She also claimed that she has been out of the office and that she hasn't recovered yet. Recovered from what? So, she has been out of the office for a month? That's why she didn't reply to me? That's very hard to believe. She complained about having to take time off of work. Well, that can happen if you choose to withhold money that should rightfully be returned to one of your own customers. During all of these false allegations, Ginger looked at me with utter disdain. Everybody in the courtroom could see her for what she really is. She also claimed that she had signs saying "no refunds." So, if one of your own customers changes their mind and decides to cancel their appointments, you have no intention of giving them a refund like you should? What makes you think that this is ok? How could you feel good about keeping money for services that were never rendered if the customer decides to cancel their appointments? This is a major ethical matter and I think it says a lot about Ginger. Here is something that everybody should know. The judge said that posting signs saying "no refund" is not legally binding and that the refund policy must be in writing and signed by both parties. Since there was not a contract that was signed, the judge ruled in my favor. I did not get the entire amount that I was seeking which was over $3,000 because Ginger said that the discount I was given only applies if all treatments were done, so the judge subtracted the discounts I received for the first two appointments from the amount that I was seeking for the last three appointments. In the end, I ended up getting over $2,800 back. I had to call my credit card company and file a chargeback and I offered the court judgement as proof to back up my claim. In the end I was able to recover a good amount of the last three appointments plus $64 in court fees/costs. In fact, here is a copy of the judgement right here: If she hadn't been so greedy, all of this trouble could have been avoided.

I went to Drip IV in Reston because I couldn't get a same-day appointment at Prime IV (also in…read moreReston), where I've had great experiences in the past. The staff at Drip IV were very nice, but I had significant issues with the service. For the same price I've paid elsewhere, my IV drip lasted only about 20-25 minutes. In my prior experiences, IV treatments typically last closer to 45 minutes, which made this feel rushed and less substantial. I was also surprised by a $25 physician consult fee for a phone call that lasted less than three minutes, during which I was simply asked if I had any drug allergies. The physician was not onsite, I did not request a consult, and I was not given a choice in the matter. This fee was not disclosed upfront. I've had IV drips at least four times with two other providers and have never been charged a physician consult fee or encountered undisclosed add-on charges. Between the shorter treatment time and the unexpected fee, I won't be returning. UPDATE on 1/2/2026: I am updating my review from two stars to one star. A few days ago, I left a detailed review explaining my disappointment with the IV amount provided and the undisclosed $25 "doctor consultation" fee and small IV bag. The business owner publicly responded, asking me to contact the business so the situation could be "rectified." I called in good faith. The call itself was frustrating and unproductive. The receptionist initially had no idea what I was referring to, then reviewed my Google post and asked, "What's the problem?"--despite the fact that my original review clearly outlined my concerns in detail. I was also told, unsolicited, that the consultation fee could not be refunded, even though I never asked for a refund. I called only because the business asked me to. After that call, the owner, Erica White, subsequently contacted me directly. During that conversation, she stated she would be willing to issue a refund only if I agreed to take down my original review. She also offered a complimentary 1-liter IV bag if I removed the review. I absolutely refused. I do not engage in quid pro quo arrangements, especially when it involves suppressing honest consumer feedback. This confirmed for me that the original public response was performative rather than genuine. The business already had my full contact information from intake (phone number, email, and home address) and could have reached out directly at any time. Given how this situation was handled--and the pressure to remove an honest review--I am deeply concerned about how this business is being run, particularly by owners who are not licensed healthcare professionals (neither a nurse nor a physician). STAY AWAY. I would not allow anyone at DripBar Reston to touch me again.

Compression (1 hour) - seated on a chaise. Zipped into compression pants (think upper arm blood pressure monitor for the entire leg), pants expand up and down and in sections (felt like a message), to increase blood circulation 2. Cryotherapy/WBC - I chose cryotherapy next. Was given a brief intro on benefits, how the machine works, controls and directed into changing/red light room. Accessories were set up (robes, ear mask, face mask, thick socks, gloves, thick gloves, slippers). I opted to wear my leggings and use the spa robe in addition to wearing the required accessories (ear mask, face mask, gloves, socks, slippers). Alexa played Run This Town (my choice). First chamber is the pre/post. Held onto the handle of the connected door. Initial reaction was panic (no visibility). Wellness rep stood outside the entire time, gave countdown through speaker (comforting). Initial body temp was 89, down to 54. 3. Red light - Finished with red light for 10 minutes. Wore provided sunglasses, stood between 2 devices (front and back, closed my eyes, and relaxed, the more skin exposed the better. **Sign-up for a membership @ RWVienna, I get a $100 credit.
