The staff was amazingly helpful and kind which is just what I needed as this part of my down size was very difficult. Marsha has been very helpful with ensuring photos were scanned timely in order to meet our personal needs with an impending family passing. Each album page scanned was done so well! The videos they downloaded were better then iMemories! They even scanned the front and back of a framed picture! This is a very costly process but the work they put in to each scan and the ability to plug in my "brick" and pull up any video or photo is priceless! I sent three as a trial and they came back very professionally done and in a timely manner. More like the old fashioned rag paper from the 1800's. The Paper Source sells a low quality knock off version that cracks and sheds. The color isn't consistent. It also smells odd. The cards I bought gave off a STENCH. I've had this same issue with other holiday Chinese imports.

The first woman I spoke to couldn't answer whether or not anyone would be at the store to help me but to "stop by and try". Once at the location (that's attached to their page), there were workers there, but nobody helped me or could tell me where I could find help. When I called back to see if perhaps I had the wrong location, a different woman answered the phone completely appalled and inconvenience that I dared call the phone attached to their business. She was confused that I was at their store and asked why I was there. What is actually going on with this so called business?
