The masseuses are all very sweet, and great at massaging. However, some can be a bit heavy handed even after requesting light or medium pressure at the reception. But they also respond to body cues and check in throughout the massage to ensure you are comfortable and okay with the pressure. They allow you to choose a female or male therapist and customize the massage. I believe you can also get a discount if you pay in cash. I normally get the 60 minute swedish massage and I always feel refreshed after. Also love how late they open and accommodate last minute appointments by phone. Highly recommend!

The customer service here is great. Because they are super small and don't always have someone at the desk, I typically have to leave a message when calling. She explained to me what she was going to do from cleansing to exfoliating, then moisturizing & massaging the back with an analysis if one has bacne (Yes, that's a real thing to have acne on your back).
