About an hour later i get a txt on my cell from Dr. Knight to tell me that someone booked 3 colonic sessions online for the next 3 weeks at the times she offered me. Most unprofessional scheduling. I told my bf to get his money back and forget about this place! Well a week later the actual Receptionist calls me while I'm at work and left me a voice mail. I couldn't help but laugh at how horrible that voice mail was. I could barely understand the lady because of how loud the back round music was. She was very muffled. I thought it was some sort of joke. Well I finally decided to give them a try. I booked online and this time they actually confirmed my appointment. Not only they did call me to confirm my appointment time. They emailed me AND texted me. So here comes Saturday. It's 10:03am..:appointment time is 10am.... door is locked. We knock... nothing. They may adjust the blanket to reach your thighs or butt (yes, they massage your butt lol), which sounds like it would be uncomfortable but actually isn't after the initial shock. I've specified several times just my upper back, just my neck, only my shoulder no lower half! Last week I went in around 7:30. Received the most painfully inconsiderate massage. The guy never asked if I was ok when I was tapping the table and flinching. He was yelling to the guy at the front and sucking his teeth every-time someone came in. Due to the mall closing at 8. With the massage area being in the gym, I was able to hear the hip hop/r&b music that they gym was playing even through the soft jazz/relaxation music being played in the massage room. Also, because the lights in the room were turned on, I could not fully relax. In the previous massages I have had, the lights were either off or dimmed. I would maybe give this business another try if they were ever to move to another location.
