My sister took me for a treat here. Workers are friendly and very accommodating. I have never done a gel nail polish before so, I did today and got a manicure and spa pedicure. I'm very happy with my nails however I still recommend the regular nail polish even if the gel can last a little longer. It gets caught on your hairs when you're washing your hairs and the corner of the gel nail polish is pulling it. Removing it, ianother story or you can just go back and get your nails done again. This place is cleaned, they clean up right away and they are fast. My legs and feet felt very relaxed when I left the shop. It was a nice day!

I came in with not much time but desperately needing new polish on my toes. Hence, I opted for a gel polish change. They were fast and efficient, but it was still very relaxing. Great massage chairs, calm music, and a peaceful environment. Plus they fit me in right away on a Friday evening! Will definitely be coming back soon! read more

I have been her many times. Sometimes pedicures are good and they take their time, other times, they rush even when they are not busy. Today for my pedicure, it was a Deluxe pedicure and everything was very rushed and half the stuff they usually do on the list was not done or done very quickly (about 20 min) for foot scrub, callus removal, hot stones, lotion, massage, oil, & painting of nails. Cuticles were not pushed down & cuticle trimmer was not used, callus removal was barely done, extra coats of polish were not done as usual. Also, not very friendly. read more

I went there with my daughter manicure, the guy at the front, we had a hard time understanding him, he was watching football and working on nails ‍, any way my daughter showed him a picture of what she wants, the results wasn't even close, she came to me crying and wanting to get them off ASAP, we went the another place in Gilbert and they were shocked about the poor quality of work, I don't recommend the place at all. read more

I walked in today for a pedicure. There was no wait which was great and I chose the same service I usually get.. Basic Pedicure with callus remover. However, the service was disappointing this time. I had to repeatedly ask the technician to spend a little more effort and time. She either was new or in a rush it seemed. I gave up at some point and just accepted that it is what it is. Thankfully, one of the other technicians who was more confident stepped in towards the end and finished painting my nails. I take some responsibility in this as I should remember the name(s) of the technicians (s) and make an appointment ahead of time. Bummer! read more

This is what a $35 pedicure looks like. This was done by a certified nail tech. Plus they were so rude to my 16 year old sister who asked for longer nails than they were giving her. Extremely unprofessional establishment. I walked out of their with acrylics on and no color bc I did not want them to turn out like my toes. If you want decent nails o recommend going elsewhere. read more

Wonderful experience getting my pedicure with Bill today after not being able to get one for 2 years. I am 72 and have dry calloused cracked heels. I asked for the VIP pedicure. Bill did a great job and my feet and heels are soft and not dried out. Bill took his time and did an amazing job. I've never had such a great pedicure. Again, it was the more expensive VIP pedi but it was so worth it. The nail spa is very clean, staff were all masked, and beautiful soothing music played along with gorgeous scenics on the large monitor. read more

First experience and it was great! The folks here are nice and will pamper you. Prices are nice, the standard Pedicure is $28 or so and you can be in and out within an hour. I would suggest calling and getting a reservation on weekends or if you plan on going right after work or at lunch. They can get busy (rightfully so). Also huge + for their chairs, very comfy and massage features pair great with the whirlpool feet wells read more

My daughter and I were here on a day when they weren't very busy. Both getting pedicures and calluses removal. Her tech got the job done. My tech charged me $32 to gentle take a couple of swipes at my heel... She mentioned how much work the other lady did but did not make ANY effort to take care of mine. I will never spend another dime here. I even asked the girl at the counter what I should have expected and she said its different for everyone and charged me $32 for virtually nothing. Never again! Fool me once! read more

I really like this place. It's clean the ladies are very polite and my pedicure was great. Don't expect a super glamorous salon. Don't get my wrong it isn't ugly but it's pretty basic. My nail tech really worked to get my heels smooth which I appreciate. I will more than likely be back. read more

The Male technician that worked on my nails was so involved in his show on his cell phone he was watching on his cell phone while working on my nails that he never asked me if I wanted coffin nails or other shapes..very unprofessional never looked at my nails to see if they were the same length and I was only 1 person in the salon with 1 other person in the salon so they were not busy Very very bad customer service read more

FINALLY.. I go to a nail place and I get honesty. They don't treat me like it's the first time I ever hot my nails done and tell me what will work on my hands. I showed them a picture and said can you do this and they said yes... it actually looked like the picture. They were gentle and cost was perfect. My daughter said wow this guy didn't hurt. I just had my nails done. I ask for a manicure and pedicure. I paid $55.00 by the third day my nail polish was chipping off. I called them back and was told to come back and they would fix. I also told them that I should have to repay them. Was told no problem come back. I went back the following day. I was greeted by a rude Asian man that old me they normally don't last over 2 days on nail polish. he said that the normal nail polish does not last, he explain that have to pay extra for the different nail polish? I have had o issues before on other salons. All I know that I was told ok come back and they would fix and never told that my nail polish would last only 2 days. Not only did he not fix my nails he was rude and I would never recommend this place at all. They should tell you there is a difference on nail polish read more

New in town and decide to check this place out. The gentleman and his wife took the time ro make my nails look like what I had seen on line and actually listened to me. I got a gel manicure and got my hand massage that comes with it. Other places they "forget" that part of a manicure but still charge alot. I'll go back again for sure read more

Overall I really liked this place. I took my mom here for a little mother's day pampering and they all treated us very well. They did a really detailed job with my gel manicure and took their time with my cuticles which i highly appreciated. The pedicure was decent, nowhere near the best I've had and i think they could have scrubbed my feet harder. They only charged $52 for my gel manicure and regular pedicure(including hot stones and warming towel) which i think is a really good price. read more

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in to get a regular manicure fill and pedicure on a Friday afternoon. I called in advanced and asked if they had time available to see me and was also quoted the price for the service by one of the nail techs. When I arrived to the nail shop it was empty.... On a Friday afternoon -- Red Flag # 1. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone, had to walk to the back of the store to find someone for the service-- Red flag #2. When someone finally came out I was seated and the nail tech started working on my nails. I told her I wanted a solid color, nothing too crazy, and she PRESSURED me to get a design or stones added to my nails. I politely declined and she seemed very disgruntled/upset. A few more minutes into my service, she tells me my fill will be $70 today. JUST THE FILL. I told her this was not want I was quoted on the phone by another nail tech and that's when she looses it. She starts yelling and insulting at me "your nails are ugly" and "you need to pay more to have it fixed" "why don't you want design on it". I was so appalled and disgusted by her behavior that I stood up and walk out half way through the appointment. I can not BELIEVE the service I received here-- I will never be returning and will be warning others to stay away!!! Be careful of places like this, they do not care about the quality of your nails! Just your money! read more

This place has the worst customer service. Asked for a pedicure, all they did was paint my toe nails and said I was done. The person who did my fingernails was extremely aggressive and rude. I do not recommend this location for nail service. read more

I've been coming to see Michael for a while now because he is a perfectionist! Always takes his time with my nails and does them exactly the way I ask. My gel manicure always lasts a month without chipping. I love to come here and unwind and the smell of lavender lotion they use is so relaxing. They always clean and sanitize their tools after each client and the place is really clean. Their prices are also reasonable, I pay $48 for a gel manicure and a standard pedicure. This suite used to be the location for Music Nails which was owned by different people. Don't let those bad reviews turn you away from trying out 4t Nails. They're amazing! read more

I also got a basic pedicure too which is $30, also a great price. The chairs are actually massage chairs so I also got a massage while getting the pedicure which is definitely a plus. Everyone here is very friendly and kind. Every time I get my nails here, it lasts forever too, which I can't say for other nail salons I've tried. I usually go during the weekdays as I figure they won't be as busy and they're always able to get me in right away.

So now my nail tech doesn't like me idk why or what happened or perhaps she had me confused with another customer. The male used one small nail filer to do my entire set I got acrylics by the way. I finally stopped him and just decided to leave. I came in at 3pm and left at 615 it just dragged and dragged. I had to remove my acrylics I had on by my teeth because they refused to soak them off then tried charging me to remove my nails because he had to help get the pinky off. I have no idea what happened today but I won't be back and I'll kindly take me 130 services elsewhere again it's fine she refused me but it would of been nice to know why or why even share ? I've heard great things about lux nails so I'll head that way. 90 for acrylics is wild but I always paid because I've been used to it smh spend your money elsewhere they have no staff and clearly it's going down hill.

I went in today to get a gel pedicure with a friend. We sat down and started sharing what services…read morewe're looking for. We both asked for gel pedicures. They mentioned it was an additional $15 for the gel on top of the $30 basic pedicure service. I asked for a lighter chrome nail (reference photo attached). My friend asked for a sparkly pink. Throughout our service, I noticed how our techs had different ways of servicing us. My friend's tech seemed to be a little more detailed and meticulous with her service. My tech seemed to rush through her process. She appeared annoyed when I asked for a specific chrome color on top of the gel. Two people mentioned how it was gonna be additional $15 just for the chrome. I told them the price was okay but they kept asking me for reassurance. Then they proceeded to mention how my toes were too short for the powder. But again, I was still charged the whole additional $15 for the chrome powder anyways. I showed my tech my reference photo at least 3 times throughout my service. To make sure our visions were aligned. When she finally put the chrome powder on my toes, she applied it with her bare fingers. Which I felt was unsanitary and left my toes streaky. After the powder was applied, I assume she was going to wipe/rinse off the powder. But she only used her finger and a brush to do so. The photo of my results was after I got my own wipes to clean them up. When I tried to clean my cuticle, the gel ended up peeling. I've left photos of both my reference photo and results. Overall I paid a total of $60 for my gel pedicure + chrome powder, and another $45 for my friend's gel pedicure. I really tried to be optimistic during my service. However, I did leave disappointed. I've been to this place before and never had an experience like this one.

I am a little disappointed this time because my Gel manicure is already chipping after less than 24 hours, which is a bummer cause I got them done for a special vacation. I have been very gentle with my hands today so no reason that should be. But over all, I've had good experiences here in the past and will return. Hopefully this is a one time thing.
