I have been her many times. Sometimes pedicures are good and they take their time, other times, they rush even when they are not busy. Today for my pedicure, it was a Deluxe pedicure and everything was very rushed and half the stuff they usually do on the list was not done or done very quickly (about 20 min) for foot scrub, callus removal, hot stones, lotion, massage, oil, & painting of nails. Cuticles were not pushed down & cuticle trimmer was not used, callus removal was barely done, extra coats of polish were not done as usual. Also, not very friendly. read more

I walked in today for a pedicure. There was no wait which was great and I chose the same service I usually get.. Basic Pedicure with callus remover. However, the service was disappointing this time. I had to repeatedly ask the technician to spend a little more effort and time. She either was new or in a rush it seemed. I gave up at some point and just accepted that it is what it is. Thankfully, one of the other technicians who was more confident stepped in towards the end and finished painting my nails. My sister took me for a treat here. Workers are friendly and very accommodating. I have never done a gel nail polish before so, I did today and got a manicure and spa pedicure. I'm very happy with my nails however I still recommend the regular nail polish even if the gel can last a little longer. It gets caught on your hairs when you're washing your hairs and the corner of the gel nail polish is pulling it. Removing it, ianother story or you can just go back and get your nails done again. This is what a $35 pedicure looks like. This was done by a certified nail tech. Plus they were so rude to my 16 year old sister who asked for longer nails than they were giving her. Extremely unprofessional establishment. I walked out of their with acrylics on and no color bc I did not want them to turn out like my toes. Wonderful experience getting my pedicure with Bill today after not being able to get one for 2 years. I am 72 and have dry calloused cracked heels. I asked for the VIP pedicure. Bill did a great job and my feet and heels are soft and not dried out. Bill took his time and did an amazing job. I've never had such a great pedicure. Again, it was the more expensive VIP pedi but it was so worth it. The nail spa is very clean, staff were all masked, and beautiful soothing music played along with gorgeous scenics on the large monitor. read more

My tech charged me $32 to gentle take a couple of swipes at my heel... She mentioned how much work the other lady did but did not make ANY effort to take care of mine. I just had my nails done. I ask for a manicure and pedicure. I paid $55.00 by the third day my nail polish was chipping off. I called them back and was told to come back and they would fix. I also told them that I should have to repay them. Was told no problem come back. I went back the following day. I was greeted by a rude Asian man that old me they normally don't last over 2 days on nail polish. he said that the normal nail polish does not last, he explain that have to pay extra for the different nail polish? I have had o issues before on other salons. All I know that I was told ok come back and they would fix and never told that my nail polish would last only 2 days. Overall I really liked this place. I took my mom here for a little mother's day pampering and they all treated us very well. They did a really detailed job with my gel manicure and took their time with my cuticles which i highly appreciated. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!! I came in to get a regular manicure fill and pedicure on a Friday afternoon. I called in advanced and asked if they had time available to see me and was also quoted the price for the service by one of the nail techs. When I arrived to the nail shop it was empty.... On a Friday afternoon -- Red Flag # 1. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone, had to walk to the back of the store to find someone for the service-- Red flag #2. When someone finally came out I was seated and the nail tech started working on my nails. I told her I wanted a solid color, nothing too crazy, and she PRESSURED me to get a design or stones added to my nails. I politely declined and she seemed very disgruntled/upset. A few more minutes into my service, she tells me my fill will be $70 today. JUST THE FILL. I told her this was not want I was quoted on the phone by another nail tech and that's when she looses it. She starts yelling and insulting at me "your nails are ugly" and "you need to pay more to have it fixed" "why don't you want design on it". I was so appalled and disgusted by her behavior that I stood up and walk out half way through the appointment. I can not BELIEVE the service I received here-- I will never be returning and will be warning others to stay away!!! Be careful of places like this, they do not care about the quality of your nails! I've been coming to see Michael for a while now because he is a perfectionist! Always takes his time with my nails and does them exactly the way I ask. My gel manicure always lasts a month without chipping. I love to come here and unwind and the smell of lavender lotion they use is so relaxing. They always clean and sanitize their tools after each client and the place is really clean. Their prices are also reasonable, I pay $48 for a gel manicure and a standard pedicure.
