As someone that does not typically get their nails done but wanted a shaping and gel manicure I definitely recommend this location! I will be coming back when I'm ready for my gel fill. The tech verified what I wanted and after I chose my color got to work quickly. They made the black color I chose truly shine! The tech was also super friendly and clear when they needed me to do something or move my hand a certain way. I even smudged the first coat the he quickly fixed it for me. At the very end I even got a little arm and hand massage! Overall this location looks very nice and is very clean. When I went Friday evening it wasn't too busy and I was seated immediately. I got the Award extreme spa pedicure today. I found them online and chose them because they had 20 years of experience and are not too far from home. I called same day and was able to get an Appointment within 45 minutes. It's a clean facility and the chairs are comfortable. I asked if we could add a brow wax and they were so nice to fit it all in and stay past closing. Ryan did my pedicure and my nails looked amazing! The massage is always my favorite and he took his time and it was very relaxing. Just what I needed. I'll be back for sure and happy to find a place as I've been too many in the area and unfortunately haven't found my go to spot. read more

Horrible salon. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to come here. A waste of 65.00 dollars for ugly nails that aren't shaped correctly. They are way too wide for my fingers. She got gel polish all on my cuticles. She tried to clean up her mess but couldn't do it since she didn't know how to correctly do nails. My nails are so hideous I'm debating cutting them off. She was so rough on my cuticles and they are dry and sore. Gosh she was so silly and clueless about how to do nails it angers me. This was the biggest waste of 65.00 I have spent since I been in Arizona. She was rushing to get to the next customer. If I knew this shop was so horrible I would've went somewhere in Tempe or Scottsdale. Never ever would I come back here even if you paid me to come here. Please stay away from this low class horrible mail shop. read more

I got to the shop at 830am Read online that they accept walk ins all the time I walked up to the door to read the signs The male watched me and said nothing At 850 he unlocked door I entered and he immediately said "do you have an appointment?" This was my GO TO Place...... until today. I havent been in since February... had to do some work that required no nails. Full set was $25..... I tip $7-$10. today it was $45. I dont even get color. I asked if the price went up. He said "Nope, $45. The staff is always wonderful and the work is always good. Inflation sucks but a $20 jump in 3 months. ‍ hard to come back When your a simple client. I don't even know why I'm giving this one Star. They were very rude, and not welcoming at all. I asked how much for gel, they told me it was $10 more, Then when I went to pay apparently cost $12 more. Which was OK it is what it is. but what really got me is they charged me a extra 3% because I use my debit card. There are plenty of other friendly and welcoming nail salon in CG don't waste your money or time here. read more

My mom, aunt, and grandmother came here last minute to get mani pedis, waxing, and hot stone massage before my sister's wedding. They were very accommodating of the tight scheduling needed to get all three ladies done up for the big event. They were very accommodating of my grandmother even calling her mom and assisting her with getting in and out of chairs and taking extra care that she was comfortable. All three raved about the fantastic service, friendliness, and the quality of the products used during their service. read more

This was my first visit to award nails and spa. Amy did my nails EXACTLY how I asked her to. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she had me in a chair within 10 minutes. Amy was friendly and spoke to me the entire time she did my nails. The work she did was so eye catching I received compliments on my nails minutes after leaving the salon. Also, the prices are NOT an arm and a leg, I got a full set of medium sized coffin nails with regular polish and two 3D sunflowers . The price for my set was $40 which I think is perfect for what I asked for and the time it took. I'll attach a photo to show Amy's beautiful work. And in 3weeks I'll post an updated photo to show how well they hold up. I will definitely be returning in the future. read more

If I could give them a zero star I would! I received a pedicure and now I have toe nail fungus on both of my big toes . I never get pedicures for the fear of getting an infection but my mother gifted me a pedicure for Christmas so I went against my better judgement and sure enough my toe nails are messed up now! I debated whether to post this or not but I just can't get the thought of other customers after me getting it also! I am disgusted and now I have to deal with my toenails falling off! Everyone at this nail salon is super friendly but I am a little disappointed. I got these some yesterday and When I got home I realized there were air bubbles under some of my nails. It hasn't even been a full 24hrs and they are already peeling :( I unfortunately don't have time to go back in this weekend to get tj fixed, I would have to wait until Monday. read more

Okay I took my daughter who is 12 here after calling first. She had got her nails done elsewhere and were not done well she was rushed because she was young. Fixed my daughters nails! Wow Award Nails did such a great job. My daughter even shortened them so she can play the guitar. They tapered and fixed the crooked one from the last salon and took there time and thinned them. We only waited 10min before she sat down. I did have to get someone's attention and told them we called. They were great! Took her right back and she wasn't treated differently because she was young! She picked army green and gold glitter on her ring finger and they turned out great and the shape was on point!!. If I can give them a ZERO star review I would!! Spent $100 for an over line gel polish and a cut on my foot. I came to this place years ago and remember I was disappointed but I like to give second chances and so I did. Biggest mistake! First of all you can tell they were rushing. Let's start with the guy that did my nails, he kept on complaining and saying how there is a lot of dry skin on my hands, and even asked me if I wash my hands or put lotion. And I said yes, of course I do but at my job, I wear a lot of gloves, so my skin gets dry a lot. Take note I love to put lotion on my hands but gloves does really make my hands dry and my gel nail polish. He over-lined it and didn't even fix it. Second, the lady that did my feet was also complaining a lot. Also, I have diabetes so my skin on my feet do get thick really quickly and she asked me why do I wait till it gets thick like that and said do you wait for 2 months? I said that I get my nails and pedicure done every 3 weeks and she said with my condition I should be getting it done every week because I did ask for the callus treatment and she kept on complaining and even cut my foot. Would never ever come back here. The reason why I came here is to give them a second chance, and because I didn't have time to go to my usual salon that I go to which is really great by the way, but I would never come back here. I would save my money. Also was not relaxing at all. T.v was hella loud. read more

My nails are decent quite uneven but the artist cut two of my fingers with a file, did not clean up after i had bled on file and did not stop filing. she was rude and was rough the whole time. She seemed to be rushing when there was nobody in there. Unless you want your fingers to hurt don't come here. read more

Went in for a fill. I like the color but it's just really messy. I keep hoping the next time is better but I'm tired of paying the amount I do for a job like this. They didn't even brush off the residue from filling after it dried. Just felt rushed. Nail tech asked if i usually come there and I do, except for the previous fill and I don't think he liked that. Also to note: my sister spoke to my cousin in Spanish (because that's the primary language she speaks) and they hushed her and said to not speak Spanish. Idk just doesn't seem right . read more

Went here the other day for the first time since I moved apartments and am way too far from my normal nail place. I got a pedicure for $35 included callous removal, sugar scrub, wax, massage, and hot stones. I love pedicures because it's such a great time for me to relax, but this one was pretty rushed so I was disappointed in that. I got a fill and color change on my nails. She did an outstanding job on them! Definitely will be returning for my next fill|. It's not Phoenician Nails, but a great Nail salon nonetheless read more

I'm pretty upset with this place, I've actually been here an few times for a pedi and once with a friend. They over charge my friend like crazy! Then today I stopped in while waiting in my car for an oil change and received a pedi they did a good job but when I asked for just a file (like I always get) he states I had to cut them... then I was put under the drying and they forgot about me. They took multiple clients ahead of me and when I was approached she said she didn't know. I asked how much longer and I was told 6 more minutes. This will be the last time I came here. Being unable to keep track of your clients and there time as well is very rude and inconsiderate. read more

i got a full set and a pedicure here. i showed him the picture of the full set and he seemed fine with it. the picture had square nails and after he put them on me i asked if they could be made into coffins. he was irritated but wasn't too rude. until we get to the butterfly design on the nails and it's done by hand in the picture. i asked him about it and he didn't do the design and his response to me asking was "we're out of stickers". on the acrylic he also messed up on the some of the nails but i wasn't pressed about it. i would've rather been told if they couldn't do the design because what i got looks a lot different than the picture read more

Awesome place. My pedicure once I kid you not lasted 3 weeks and somehow still looked amazing and my nails stayed in place.. maybe there is magic in the water. I came back for a gel, I had Steven, and he was great. Quick, to the point, they don't feel thick and look great. Plus $25 for a gel is amazing. I highly recommend. read more

Michael- I had a full set from him. The entire full set lifted really bad after 1.5 weeks. I went back and showed him how bad-- even my nails were damaged. He told me it was my fault that they lifted. Been getting my nails for years and years and never had a problem like that before. I scheduled an appt to get them fixed. During the fill Michael bitched the entire time about doing my nails bc i do curve shape. He told me that my nails will never be in style and he doesn't like doing them, it wasn't as he stated, "his cup of tea." He was very rude. I asked him to file a little more on one hand and at the end he told me "don't ask me stuff like that again bc it makes me not want to hold your hand." Because I had corrected something. The owner Amy backs Michael 100% and so the client is always wrong here. I wont be returning and I don't think they care either. Btw- the fill he did started lifting a week after. Thankfully there is crazy glue when you are out of state on vacation. read more

I have been going to this salon for over 12 years. I have never been disappointed. Amy is the heart and soul of the business and also one of the best tecs ever. Kristine is an absolute angel and has the patience of a saint. I will not go anywhere else. They give great leg messages and the best pedicures. I am a baby when it comes to waxing my chin.. but Amy does great and cools it down with lotion when she's done. All in all, they will bend over backwards to accommodate you and your wishes. What more can you ask for. read more

I also said I didn't want them too long because my job requires handwashing multiple times a day, plus I can't function properly with nails longer than a quarter inch! My pedicures have been perfect each time. I like that they take the time to clean my nails thoroughly with sanitized tools. I don't normally get my nails done all the time, but when I do, it's always a special treat. The foot/leg massages that come with the pedicures feel sooooo good, especially if you're on your feet for most of the day. I also got my eyebrows thinned out and they did a nice job. I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get my nails done. They recommend appointments, but I have come in as a walk-in twice without a problem. I did make a last minute appointment today and they were able to accommodate me and my sister within a half hour. Men come in here regularly, too. The first time I came for my pedi, a man walked in and he went all out with his pedicure. We chatted for a bit and I had to give him props for taking care of himself!! Within 5-10 minutes, Vamp Beauty reached out, letting me know they were open and had availability. They had already caught my eye during my own search--their polished website stood out (not many nail salons have one), and their luxurious list of pedicure options impressed me. The bonus? I live just 10 minutes away. They fit me in, and I was on my way within 15 minutes. When I arrived at 11 a.m., the salon was bustling, with multiple technicians working on clients. I had a short wait, which was no big deal considering I booked last minute--I was grateful they squeezed me in. The facility is spotless, with flowers and a chic pink theme. The atmosphere had a nice balance: lively chatter without being overwhelming, friendly staff, and happy clients. I was treated by Tam, who is now officially my go-to technician. She really listened to what I wanted, gave a phenomenal massage, and left my toes feeling fresh and clean. The extras were a lovely touch--flower petals and fruit in my hot water, a wrap, and an overall luxurious experience. I chose the Vamp LUX Glow Pedicure because I like to have it all: trim, callus treatment, mask, hot stones, wax, and even a warm shoulder wrap. I never felt rushed--instead, I felt pampered, relaxed, and loved the scents throughout. It was truly an enjoyable experience. I plan to stick to a monthly schedule, and next time I'm eyeing the Milk & Honey Pedicure--it looks so fun! I'll definitely be recommending Vamp Nail Bar to all my girlfriends.

I have been coming to this salon for 3-4 years and I love it here. Amy always greets me when I come in by name. Christine is the technician I always see, she is my favorite, nice, sweet, and quiet. We do make some conversation, neither of us mind being in the silence just hanging out. Christine always takes her time while doing my nails, it never feels rushed, she always does a great job. I always go to her but if she is sick or out I will go to Steven, Amy or Jenny. I have not had a problem with any nail technician, and I have even recommended this place to family members who are now regular customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I really do feel like this place takes care of me. The environment is very nice and chill, Ive never been pushed to do any sort of upgraded packages for manicures or pedicures. This is the only place I will go to have my nails done. Amy is the best! She is quick, friendly and always does a great job. They weren't here for a couple of months (renovating/negotiating lease) and I went elsewhere. Within a few days my top coat was peeling and my nails were chipping and falling off. I then tried a gel manicure and those were off in less than two weeks. I'm lost without Amy! They are now called Award Nails and Spa. Same number and location. Still $20 for a great pedicure.
