We decided to stop coming here after we noticed they don't do a full 1 hour massage-this has happened 2x now. We noticed this happens when they stagger appointments back to back, and also because the masseuses leave to run the front desk/calls too. For example, today our massage got interrupted 2x because Daniel kept leaving to help people that came in to buy gift certificates for the holidays. So the massage was only about 45 minutes due to interruptions. Last time, massage was only 50 minutes too because they had another appointment that entered the lobby too. They should consider hiring a 3rd person for the desk that can answer calls & take care of payments. Our search for a new massage place continues. read more

Went here last night, didn't get the name of the masseuse but it was 2 asian woman for me and my husband. They were very rough and aggressive. Our body was hurting after. Not relaxing at all. Hot stones were way too hot and didn't let us know. They kept pressing our SPINAL CORD which is medically unsafe. Very uncomfortable. We both availed the combination massage which is $60 ea for 70mins but we started 8:15PM and they told us at 9:10PM that it's finished. WORST PARTt: We paid cash and before we went there, we withdraw $150, $30 for tip. But we are beyond dissatisfied with the service, we were frustrated. We just wanna go but the other lady stopped us and said that tip is mandatory. Despite me telling her how bad and uncomfortable the service was. I argued that tip is never mandatory and at some point she said that tipping is part of the payment. RIDICULOUS. We settled $20 for tip so she'd let us go. I've been 3x now. The first massage I had was great, I saw Lucy who was highly recommended and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. She treats massage like an art work and you can tell. I now ask for her each time. Second time I went the pressure was less hard than the last but I gave the benefit of the doubt as it was around 5pm, and maybe she was tired and hands were tired My third time I thoroughly enjoyed my massage again at 2pm. However, when we walked out, I told her I had part of the tip on the card and she said yes, $10. and I had another $5 in my wallet that I was going to give her so I did. I didn't have much for a tip this time around as I'm planning my wedding and had some unexpected personal expenses. but it was easily seen on her face that she looked annoyed. I had this massive knot/muscle spasm throughout my shoulder, arm and scapula and he helped me gain my range of motion with just one treatment. I went in with really bad sciatic pain and only wanted a massage on the left side of my back and my left leg, the lady working the front told me I should do an hour and a half to which I said I wouldn't be able to stand the pain I only wanted to do 30 mins but needed to pay part in cash and part on card. She then proceeded to tell me no we do a lot of work and we only do for $10 tip, umm I'm pretty sure first off I decide what kind of tip you get, and you don't demand a tip.
