I really appreciate the time they still take to make sure my short nails still look just as good as my long. The shape is always perfect and the color(s) are nicely applied. I have never walked out disappointed. I also get pedicures here and it's so relaxing. They have several options but I like the one option that includes hot stones. And everything is very clean and professional. Honestly I recommend this salon to everyone. I went to a couple others before coming here and this is by far my favorite spot!

A good set should be thin, not bulky or puffy, with a smooth surface (no lumps or dips), a clean cuticle area (no product on the skin), and straight, even shaping. When these things are off, it's noticeable right away. I'm not sure if it's the products being used, the application, or rushing, but for a mid-to-high price range, I expected better consistency and attention to detail. I was also told it was due to my natural nails, but I've had my nails done at other salons and never experienced these issues, so I don't believe that's the case. I really appreciate their willingness to fix the work, but I'd prefer a place that gets it right the first time without needing adjustments. Especially since those adjustments aren't the best either... Getting your nails done should be a fun, relaxing experience, not one where you're worried about the outcome each time.

Tiny shop ran by a husband and wife team. They are very sweet and apparently have been running this…read moreshop for years and years (he mentioned 25 years to me but I'm not sure if that just meant them living in the area or actually running the business). They seem to have a faithful clientele, easily talking to all their customers by name and noting that they will see the again soon. It's not fancy at all so if you have lower expectations of a salon experience, this is perfect. I like to get fancy pedicures once in a while but can't afford it with the $60-90 price range and options. For something low key, just to get your nails done simply with no fuss or fanciness, this was perfect. They did an efficient and clean job, and my regular pedi was only $35 with $5 extra for a salt scrub. Since it's just the two of them, the place is tiny with only three pedicure/massage chairs and two manicure stations. They're happy to take walk-ins as I don't think they get too busy.. but there were two customers before us and two after, so we just happened to come at the perfect time for just the two of them to handle everyone with little wait. I'm sure it helps to call for an appointment though. Their polish selection is limited. Again, if you adjust your expectations, this is a great salon. For non-fancy people, my daughter and I were happy and will be back. My wallet is especially happy!
