While at work I might have to wear a button-down shirt properly tucked into a pair of dress slacks, however, outside of work, I have often wore my shirt untucked. This place definitely caught my eye and maybe take a look inside. They have some pretty cool merchandise. I would definitely recommend a visit to the store. Unleash Your Inner relaxed person and who knows, maybe you will feel like you are on an episode of "Seinfeld." 0 hopefully, it will not be that particular episode where Kramer was dating the girl who made Jerry wear the pirate shirts on the talk show. They have so many choices in colors and brands such as Yeti and Corkcicle for tumblers, coolers, tshirts, sandals, hats etc. This is a one stop shop if you're a beach goers or just a typical Floridan like me. The place is huge, very open and well organized. I like that they have so many mom's favorite things too, I found some cute tops with the design mama bear on them which I adore. When they arrived I tried them on and liked them at the time, but after seeing how it paired with my groomsmen's ties, the gold vest and gold tie were too bright for the spring pastel colors my wife would've preferred. So I needed to attempt to make an exchange at the last minute. I had checked in the store and found a tie I could purchase, but needed to reorder the vest that would match. Shannon who works at this location took pity on me, and helped me order the vest, expressed it to the store, and a day later actually went out of her way to call me when it arrived. I was able to coordinate with my now uncle in law, and they both saved the day. It was very nice of her to help me out in a pinch. Explained my situation and he got to work and even taught me a few things. While he was doing his thing when I was done trying stuff on he was setting up, getting out recommended items for me and just being a prime example of what customer service is. Even though I couldn't get the particular setup I was trying to do we definitely came close and I looked great. I will definitely be coming back but I'll be more prepared just in case something needs to be custom and requires time. We were impressed with the quality of items, the prices and the variety of colors and sizes. We also found the Attendant who was manning the changing rooms area to be very professional and helpful when we were looking for alternate sizes. I have to say I was very impressed with Nordstrom Rack and will definitely be adding it to my list of places to shop in Jacksonville.
