The only difference is, this business idea kind of works. While at work I might have to wear a button-down shirt properly tucked into a pair of dress slacks, however, outside of work, I have often wore my shirt untucked. This place definitely caught my eye and maybe take a look inside. They have some pretty cool merchandise. I would definitely recommend a visit to the store. This was my first visit to a UNTUCKit store. I have purchased clothing online before from them. I really like their clothing so I saw this location while I was out shopping. I have to admit that I was very pleased with my experience. I went in with my wife. I found a shirt I liked. The associate that helped me asked me for some information to help with my purchase. He was using a tablet and managed to quickly find my information from my previous online purchase. That helped with my purchase of the correct style of shirt I had purchased in the past. I had my entire purchase handled right on the tablet. No need to wait in line at a register anymore! That was a big plus to me. I had my merchandise purchased in about 5 minutes too. I was very pleased with the helpful associate and his knowledge of the clothing. I would definitely buy from this location or any UNTUCKit storefront location again after this great experience. I was asked to oversee the building of this place. When I heard about it I was excited to be able to touch and feel these clothes before I bought them. Now I do own a 5-6 of these shirts and they are really comfortable. The fabric is light and soft to the touch. The fit is amazing for something bought on line. Now I have tried a couple of other custom shirt sites but none seem to fit like Untuckit. So I went in and was greeted very warmly. The to long men were surprised that I knew of them yet wear their garments. I did find some of the shirts that I have been looking online at in the store. I liked some of the new fabrics that they have come out with. To my surprise their inventory is quite limited but then they have only been open a week or so. I do look forward to returning maybe when they get more inventory. read more

They treated us a family and showed us a large sampling of their clothes. While we were there other clients dropped in and got the same treatment. It is my first experience of this brand of shirt, so I don't know yet how it wears, fits, launders, etc. but I had such a pleasant in store experience I wanted to share it. The folks in the St John Town Center store we're amazing. Courteous, informative, caring, understanding with great attention to detail. But not at all pushy!! My only wish is that more stores & franchises were like this. I don't know if it's the company, the local manager, the staff themselves, or a combination of all 3. But it's working in spades & I would encourage anyone who's thinking about this style of clothing to give these folks a chance. I doubt you will be disappointed. read more

Visited your Jax store last month and was greeted by Cory who took us. by the hand and was as pleasant, helpful and welcoming as anyone could be. I called from my home in Port Orange this evening and Cody answered and remembered not only me but what I had bought on my visit. The shirt I wanted was no longer available but I asked how I could find it elsewhere and he called around, found it and had it shipped to me. Excellent service, keep him happy! I've seen untuckit adds the last couple of years while traveling however have been hesitant to place an order. Well I recently noticed a retail store in my area and finally decided to stop in today. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by all available staff. As it was my first time in the store Bre explained to me all the different styles and materials that were available and allowed me to test fit a shirt to ensure I bought the proper sizes. I spent a fair amount of time in the store and Cody, Bre and Tracy helped when it came to coordinating shirts and pants, as that is a weak point for me. My husband just ordered a polo shirt from untuck taking advantage of the latest sale; it came quickly, shirt was great - he wore it once -- and somehow ruined the shirt. This AM I connected in a chat with Tracy Krauter, mgr. for the Untuck store in Jacksonville FI. She checked with an SME for solutions to help me. When it looked like a bust she informed me she would send a shipping label for the return of the damaged shirt and replace it at no charge. Seriously never expected this. We've been buying from untuck for several years -- and typically online. The UX is stellar and support always great -- but this was incredible. First time visiting their Jax brick and mortar, very pleasantly surprised. The store is small but well laid out and comfortable for the customer. Customer service is TREMENDOUS! I hadn't planned on buying a shirt, their short sleeve options are limited currently, but after trying one on for fit, I found the perfect shirt, really pleased with my shirt. Great fit and construction, I suspect it will hold good as new for years to come. Ask for Robbie when u go, he really is great. read more
