The staff and managers are unhelpful, and they don't care if you don't come back! They do nothing to improve that. I was looking for a sabiki fishing lure and went to the front to ask for assistance and they said that someone would be there to assist. I waited but no one came over to help. I have bought dozens of sabiki lures in the in the past from this store so I went back to the front staff said they don't have them anymore. I'm so tired of Apathy doesn't sell but only motivates customers to walk out! Your in-store staff doesn't like customers but the feeling is mutual! I bought a sabiki lure elsewhere and will buy sporting goods on Amazon free from having to endure inept, non-service, no can do BS from in-store staff.

Made a complaint to customer service asking for an update because not shipped yet and their response admitted that this is outside their normal processing time. I then responded to them asking them for transparency as to what is causing the delay, but they have not yet responded. Thankfully, Chloe and Cynthia completely turned that experience around. From the moment I walked in, both Chloe and Cynthia were incredibly approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything throughout the entire process. Cynthia especially went above and beyond to fix all of the issues that had been created by the manager at the Temecula location for both me and my groomsmen. She was patient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was taken care of correctly. After the experience I had in Temecula, I was worried that getting everything sorted out for my wedding was going to be a nightmare. Chloe and Cynthia completely changed that.
