She is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Tells the truth and speaks from experience. We purchased our spa on a Saturday and they delivered and installed it on Friday. Everyone else told us 6-8 weeks which also made us worry about waits for future services if needed. The installation team was fantastic, and the training class after fill up was a great added service. We learned so much from the installation team. I went in for something different but mentioned my automatic pool vac quit working. Jason said they could take a look at it for me. I brought it in and Matt got it up & working like brand new; right there in-store! Jason has been very helpful getting my water cleared back up. It's been a process. He gave me recommendations and helped me figure out the best course of action. He even wrote everything down for me so I wouldn't forget the order of the steps to take. The store is big and stocked with everything from chemicals to pool toys. Way to go guys!

Never happened. It took almost 9 months to get my spa heater repaired. Then I get a rude email saying if I didn't pay their bill immediately, they were going to turn it over to a collection agency. I HAD NEVER RECEIVED AN INVOICE FROM THEM! I have made the decision to move on to another company. This company is not customer oriented and the boom economy has made them arrogant and surly.
