I've been to other UPS stores recently and have had to wait almost a full hour to be seen, not here! I like that I can drop my items off at the register without shenanigans and can confidently trust this store. The gentleman who helped me was super friendly and gave me a receipt without me asking! He was warm and professional. The other staff also greeted me, such a nice touch! I'm definitely going to come here more often as I never get this customer service at other locations. I also liked that they treated each customer like adults and human beings! I highly recommend The UPS Store for shipping items, it's a fairly simple process with good value. It's always recommended to print out your label before coming, however they can assist you with that here if you need it. Oh and apparently they do live scans now? I thought I lost them, a day later they were recovered and I asked if they could overnight them, I need them to see and drive and I work on a hospital so I need them for work. My brother went to this place and this establishment charged $188 to over night glasses that barely weigh half a pound. I called to get clarity on why it was so expensive, the lady barely stayed on the phone with me for 1 minute. She proceeded to tell me she flew the glasses to my home. I can find a round trip flight to San Diego California for a person with luggage from Vegas that isn't even a $188. This is crazy and a scam. The glasses didn't even weight 0.5 lbs nor did they even cost that much. I asked her what the other options were, to drive them or regular delivery. She didn't have time to stay on the phone to answer me. She actually hung up the phone. This is robbery! Taking advantage of customers. Horrible customer service. I would never ever tell anyone to use this establishment. If you want to get rapped with shipping prices this is the place!!!
