I asked for a canvas banner, the service was fast and the people were nice. I am just not happy with the quality of the banner. The colors are washed out and faded, it almost looks like the picture I sent was edited to be in sepia. maybe they did this to save ink costs? they should have made the banner close to the original and charged a little more if that is the case. edit: after I contacted them they did try to fix the problem. The second banner came out the same as the first. they then told me jpeg files were the wrong file type and I needed to send the file in pdf is I wanted the banner to print in bright colors like the original. I am not a printing expert but that sure doesn't seem to make any sense. read more

My mom used this company to print the obituary for my step father's funeral. It was the biggest mistake ever. She was trying to support small local businesses in the area. Well let's s start with the birth date was after his death date. They also had a lot of errors in the inside. My mother went to talk to them not for a refund but for them to fix the mistakes. The woman she spoke to was so rude and nasty then had the nerve to say it was approved that way. Are you serious? This was unacceptable and horrible customer service. No major company would have responded like this. They would have fixed the problem immediately. Not make up some lame excuse. With that being said if you can avoid using them please do. Good luck getting a call back when your order is ready. We shop local (small business) but when you have a hard time communicating with them it ruins the experience. We called to get an update because we were told they'd be done by a set time and when we called they said we will jump on it in 30 minutes. The next day comes and we had to call in to get an update and they were done but nobody thought to call us. I will not use this print center again and will not recommend them. Use FedEx Office, they are much easier to work with. You may pay a little more but it's worth it. read more

What happened to customer service at this place? In past years I've used them to make tons of products to use in my classroom. By the way, most teachers have to pay for both color and custom sizes out of pocket. That being said, in return for patronizing your business can you fill an order in a timely manner? Apparently not. I was just told on the phone that while my email order was received DAYS ago, there's an arbitrary rule that I have to be standing in the store while they create. WHAT?! I WORK FULL TIME. If I hadn't called today to ask if my order was ready for pick up, my order would have just sat in their queue. Don't need my business? Okay, BYE. read more

First of all, I'm not sure that other rating is all that accurate. There are two sides to every story. I work in a service industry and I know that more often than not, expectations are created in a consumer's head even if they don't explain those expectations or even have a realistic hope to get them. it DOES seem like this company worked pretty hard to take care of you after their simple mistake. I bet they gave you the item for free after all was said and done too. Anyways, not my concern, I just think we aren't getting the entire story on this other review. I have a different perspective of this business (and I've got a ton of experience with very large advertising and printing operations in bigger markets, so I think I can give a pretty solid opinion): Hemet is kind of a podunk place. You den't get a lot of high end customer service around here. You only have like 4 businesses that can even do legitimate presentations or printing work. I live near Hemet, but work in Los Angeles and San Diego, so I usually use the bigger print shops. But I had a presentation need that had hard copy brochures. I also needed a business card quickly for a convention I was going to, and I only had my other cards with old phone information. These guys took care of it for me. very very fast turnaround time, no extra charge. I would have had to wait 14 days for vistaprint to send me the same thing online and through the mail, without a ton of extra expedite charges, so I felt really good about it. Better card stock here too. No drama. No 17 year olds with face piercings trying their best not to help me in a staples or fedex/kinkos. Just a staff that prints things and is very nice. They hit me up for business marketing too, in case I need it in the future. I'd recommend based on their website and work I've seen. Honestly, I can't even imagine the first review is legit, because I met these people and they are incredibly graceful and inviting. They were super nice, like 4-5 people greeted me each time I went in there...which makes one wonder.. they must be doing SOMETHING right if they can manage to employ (what seemed like many more than 4-5 people) in a place like Hemet. Pretty solid printing company. The family owned print shop does good work on a budget. For standard OSHA signage and workplace safety signage etc., this place is fantastic. You don't have to spend an hour trying to explain what you want, they already know what you're talking about. The OWNER delivers some orders. That's incredible. Seriously, they go above and beyond to please customers and take care of accounts. They are a bit old school on some things, but we really like doing business with them. For some things we only use them, especially workplace signage and posters etc. Great banner work too, they made us some windproof banners for way less than other companies and the quality was much better. read more

Even the most simple projects take almost 4 days and are usually not completed timely or correctly. The staff has changed over to entitled millennials with zero sense of customer service or loyalty. They promised us an order no later than Friday, here it is Saturday, they promised our Pastor to take care of it by 230pm. They closed at 200pm Saturday. Go someone where else. After doing business with Curry for over 20 yrs, mainly utilizing their self help copy machines, my last two efforts to have Curry employees make 1)business cards and 2) magnetic signs for my trucks. Both projects turned into major hassle. First it took 3 in person "consultations" to describe and draw and show examples of other cards to relate what I needed in the re-design of existing business cards, which they had originally done. then multiple e-mails and finally I had to go back into the store to hand draw what I was desiring because the person who was helping me could not "get" what I was wanting. Way to much work to get a business card made. Now #2 I asked by phone to have 2 more sets of magnetic signs made for my trucks. As Curry had made my last 2 sets, I figured ...no problem. That was 6 weeks ago and still waiting to have my signs made properly. The 1st set was made in about a week..which is way to long, THEY WERE MADE IN THE WRONG COLOR! Brown NOT black. I was told to "bring them back, and we will remake them" . I drove down again and dropped them off, a few days later they called to tell me they were done, I picked them up and this time they were wrapped in plastic. When I went to unwrap them the plastic was sticking to the plastic and destroyed the top sign, revealing that instead of actually making me new signs, they just covered over the old brown signs with black and that was peeling right off!! The other 3 signs were blistering and had bubbles on them and it was obvious that they where not done correctly and would not hold up to the sun or last. VERY VERY BAD WORKMANSHIP! I called and informed them of the problem with all 4 signs, they apologized and said "they would remake them properly and in the right color , right away". 2 weeks passed with no phone call saying my signs were ready..... 5 weeks and counting mind you.....the same person said "oh, you never brought in the bad signs so I thought you were happy with them, so we never made the new ones." Are you kidding!!!!!!????? She had admitted their error in making them the wrong color, admitted their error in covering over the wrong color signs THAT WERE DAMAGED and said they were remaking them.......the 2 weeks later...no signs...because I was happy with them!!!!!???? WOW! Apology #3 "So sorry we will remake them now" I get a call an hour later saying the signs are ready....4th trip to their shop, sent my son in and the had NOT 2 SETS BUT ONLY 1 SET!!!!!! They told my son " We thought only 1 set was damaged so we only made 1"!!!!!!!!RIDICULOUS! He let them know (AGAIN -4TH TIME)that ALL 4 SIGNS WHERE BAD. They said they would make the second set.....not right now , not today or even give him any time frame when the signs I paid for 5 weeks ago would actually be able to be used! I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! They are too busy with producing "bulk mailings" to give any level of professional or quality service. read more

This place is horrible. I have ordered business cards, high gloss prints, regular prints and everything that I order comes out extremely sub-par. The business cards were all dull in color and they were cut funny. The "high gloss" prints are not high gloss, color is horrible and they refuse to cut the image for you when you ask for an 8x10 or any other size. The regular prints are horrible as well. To top it all off, there's some fluffy headed employee who's ALWAYS there and she is extremely condescending and rude. Do not go here. I recommend WalMart.
