I called to see if they could change a bound softcover book to a spiral bound. Daniel asked a few questions, assured me they could do this as a claw-clip style while I waited. Took it right over, & he very carefully checked the book, measuring g it, then ran a test page to make sure no info in the book would be lost by the cutting or by the holes being punched. We needed to have 100 memorial programs printed on the same day. Went in Friday morning and they were able to fulfill this order. Unfortunately, we didn't realize they closed at 2:00pm on Friday and thought for sure we weren't going to be able to pick them up. I've gone to this printing place about 10 or more times just to print out resumes and things like that. I am able to email my forms ahead of time and have the papers ready to pick up ;very easy and efficient process. And every time they're very polite, professional and quick. Even one time I didn't have any cash on me and the owner accommodated me so I wouldn't have to use my debit card for a few cents. I made sure the next time I went in I payed it forward. I called ahead about iron-on prints and was told that I would have to bring my own iron-on paper. I purchased iron on paper and went to lithopass where I was told that they are unable to print on iron-on paper at all because the machines get too hot. They recommended that I find a friend with an inkjet printer. It's not a big deal if you don't provide a service, however all staff members should be aware of the services that you provide to the community so that customers are not misinformed and spending unnecessary cash on iron-on paper read more

I went to their website and emailed them my resumè because I needed it printed ASAP. My interview was that morning and I needed to leave in 15 minutes. I called early in the morning (8 AM) to let them know my circumstances and she ended up letting me know that she will have it printed and ready! For only 75 cents! Lithopass??!!! I didn't understand the company name at first but then someone explained it to me. Duh! Litho is some kind of printing terminology and it's located in the pass. LITHOPASS! I started my own pest control company and these guys helped me out a lot. From creating my company logo, making some company magnets, business cards, flyers and other printing jobs. They've gone above and beyond for me and my company and I appreciate that. I take my company serious and especially its image. It took a lot of back and fourth with ideas and last minute changes but they came through. Local and homey feel at this company. Price is very reasonable.
