Hands down, best guys around. Not out to take your money. I've used them 4 times in the past 7 years at different properties. Twice, they just talked me through fixing the problem myself at zero charge. Both times they were spot on. They also walked me through getting warranty work that a contractor was trying to get of doing, again, they were spot on. They knew every trick they were trying to pull to get out of doing it. Free advice saved me a bundle of money again. The only time they actually came out to service my furnace, the technician spent an hour troubleshooting and found that the blower fan wasn't installed properly. He fixed the issue and only charged me for the service call. You don't find honest businesses like these guys very often. They could've attempted upcharging me for things I didn't need, but never even tried. Just good honest people that know their business well. I requested service online through the Bryant website three weeks ago for my Bryant furnace that I purchased 4 years ago as my smart thermostat keeps notifying me that the furnace is constantly rebooting itself. I chose Accu-Temp because Bryant referred them with four stars. Accu-temp failed to contact me, however, to schedule an appointment. I guess they only want new money and are not interested in doing warranty work. read more

"We just had a new furnace and AC installed in our home and we were very impressed with the job that the installers "Tim" and "Andy" did. They were extremely careful to put down a runner over all of the carpet they would be walking on, cleaned up the area after every day that they were here and, above all, did an OUTSTANDING JOB with the installation. I have to admit that I have never seen such extremely high quality work. They paid attention to every detail and made sure that all phases of the work was done perfectly. They answered all of our questions and kept us informed of all the work that they were doing. I had the same experience with Bob. Unprofessional and yes a crook. I had his team come in to see about adding some duct work in for a basement remodel, the purpose of my call. Also decided to to the $100 maintenance since they were coming out. Once they got there they couldn't do what I asked. The technician then changed something on my water heater, said it needed to be replaced and quoted $2800. It was fixed with a $15 part and year and a half later I replaced the water heater for $1300. Bob offered to refund my money after making a post and if I took my negative review off. Not worth the $100, I'd rather save other innocent people the frustration. read more

I wish there was an option to give NO stars. I was a new customer to Accu-Temp and I had the tech Bob (Owner) come out to my house. To start I completely understand that this time of the year is a very busy time for the AC industry, but service should NEVER be dropped, or experience shouldn't be overlooked. Bob came out to my home and was very rude to my wife and 3 children. He made it very clear to my wife that she didn't know what she should know about our AC unit and then made it clear that he didn't want to talk or tell my wife the problem. My wife felt very uncomfortable and called me and I called to Bob's office and reported the concern. The lady that I spoke to was very nice and apologized for his actions. The office then called Bob (Owner/Tech) and notified him of our concern while he was at my house. At this point Bob became very upset and walked off the Job site and said due to you calling into my office and complaining I will not help fix your AC unit and its because you tried getting me in trouble...... Again, this is coming from the OWNER of the business. To end this please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews are high and good, but I believe most are FAKE. Due to this horrible service with Bob Accu-temp we went with another company. The company is BJ's heating and cooling. 10000000% better. read more

Very poor very unprofessional bob is a crook and short tempered called me leaving a very rude and threatening message refused to refund my money after he said he would on phone wow and then belittled me on a phone message that if I could post it on here I would. I did let another company listen to it and they agreed very unprofessional. All I can say is karma is a b*!ch with a service like that it won't be long till your out of business buddy. read more

I have used this company for many years, and am shocked at the negative reviews. They have always provided skilled, professional service and left their work area exceptionally clean. I just had them out again today for maintenance and a minor repair to my furnace (purchased from them almost 10 years ago). Cameron C. was efficient, thorough - and personable. I called early this afternoon and they put us on the schedule for today. The guy got here in a surprisingly quick amount of time...diagnosed the problem...replaced the part in a half hour and we were operational again! Very, very happy with the service! This company is fantastic! We scheduled a simple furnace cleaning/tuneup, but ended up with a bigger problem. The repairman gave me a quote, but when he actually went to do the job, realized the furnace didn't need all of the new parts. He said, AND I QUOTE, "There's no reason to charge you more money if you don't actually need the part." First class all the way. I will only call these guys from now on. read more
