Having moved from the Midwest to Colorado, I am always delighted when I find a restaurant with perfectly made cheese curds! Either the waiter didn't communicate it properly or their menu didn't clearly list it. First, was a 20 oz Bone-in Korean Rib Eye with Grilled Shrimp & Chili Garlic Fries. This was a huge plate of deliciousness. The steak was cooked perfectly & marinated in a strong soy ginger marinade which I enjoyed. The Grilled Shrimp were a nice compliment & the Fries were spicy.
