I found a house that I fell in love with! It was perfect. The house was ten years old, and I was concerned about the roof's condition. The seller's realtor said the roof was brand new ( 2 years or less). Bryan did his inspection and found some things that needed to be fixed and the biggie; the roof was totaled. This information in advance gave me time to decide what to do and how to negotiate with the seller. The seller refused to replace the roof. My families safety was his first priority. He inspected our home like it was his own. He touched, moved, tested, and explained everything throughout the process.
