I brought in this shirt for ironing. When picking up, it was all covered with yellow stains. They said they were going to fix that. At the second try, they completely ruined it (see picture) and they did not assume any responsability. Awful, horrible experience! I mistakenly assumed my clothes were in professional hands but they managed to ruin my brand new garment. I was frustrated but I thought as being a client of this dry cleaners for years, they were going to apologize and offer a solution, but I was completely wrong. Not only the owner refused to accept any responsibility but he denied all the facts placing the blame on me, he was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Save yourselves from an unnecessary stressful experience and take your business somewhere else. Picked up a linen shirt which suddenly had bad stains on it, seemingly blood the guy said and that it won't come out. I stated that the shirt did not have those obvious stains when I dropped it off confirmed by the fact that he also had not made any notation either but they immediately declined all fault. Take responsibility!! They tried to get the stains out or so they said but to no avail..... Took the shirt to another cleaner and the stain came off no issue whatsoever. Other shirts had lost color and shine before as well. They are priced very competitive but you can tell that you get what you pay for ! I went back to paying more at coconut grove cleaners but the quality is top and my clothing does not suffer. Things happen, I get it but I don't like when people don't take responsibility. The service is horrible and I know for a fact that sometimes they don't even dry clean your clothes but clean it with a brush...they say they are busy and thats why you gotta wait 5 days for a shirt and a skirt to be done but it is all bs... oh, did I mention that service sucks? I'm very particular about my clothing items and don't let just anyone handle them; they leave everything impeccable. Moreover, I take my pants here to hem whenever necessary. Awful service. If you deal with this company, you must go through every item before you leave the store, since they remove tags. They lost one of my items, and the response of the manager (Ibrahim, apparently the owner's son!) was only "we are not going to beg you back to be our customer. We can live without your business." On the recommendation of a friend who lives in the neighborhood, I brought my white broadcloth (heavy cotton) drapes into Paris. they were very dirty and the curtains now look brand new. The curtains were hung with care on hangers upon return. The prices were very reasonable. I live in Miami Beach. It was so worth the trip. This is my favorite Dry Cleaning. employers are very friendly and my clothes always smell and look very well.

When I went to pick up my dresses the employee wanted me to pay for the dry clean service without looking at my dresses. She was in a hurry to charge me for the service. They ruined both of my dresses. One of my dresses was silk. I asked to speak with the owner. A man that was there told me he was the owner. I told him look what happened to my dresses they're ruined. He stated that the only thing he can do is have it dryed cleaned again, but he didn't granteed that the stain will come off the silk dress and that the dress could get worse and that he won't be responsible if the silk dress would be damaged. HE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO PAY FOR THE DRY CLEAN SERVICE!!! I SAID AFTER YOU RUINED MY DRESSES YOU WANT ME TO PAY? YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO PAY ME FOR THE 2 DRESSES THAT YOU RUINED!! I was so upset that I told him that I would never back to Paris Dry Cleaners again. He was willing to lose me as a customer. After some months I called back and asked what was the owners name. One of the employees told me that it was Al Vachir. Finally, I was able to speak with Al on the phone and he lied and said that he was the Manager. Again, I explained to him everything that I told him in person. He said that I waited too long to resolve my problem. I told him that I wanted him to pay the cost I payed for the dresses they ruined. HE SAID CAN YOU IMAGINE IF I HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL THE CLOTHES THAT ARE RUINED. I TOLD HIM TO PAY FOR MY DRESSES THAT THEY RUINED. HE SAID NO.
