The guy that answered the phone was all business --took my info, quoted a price, fit me in the schedule, and confirmed via text after the call. I was very happy! I've never used a shuttle service before and was traveling with my kids, so I was nervous. I also got a confirmation text the next morning, which put me at ease. The driver showed up on time, and was very nice! We chatted the whole way to the airport, I felt very comfortable, and we got there right on time. A good way to start my trip! I would not hesitate to use them again if I need another shuttle sometime.

I have not moved from the curb since that day. It is now 2025. I no longer remember where I was going. Probably something important. A wedding, maybe. Possibly my own. I have not showered. I have not changed clothes. The weather has changed around me 6,873 times. One winter, a squirrel made a home in my left shoe. I let him. His name was Todd. We don't talk anymore. My wife left me in 2009. She said I was emotionally unavailable and also physically unavailable, because I had not come home in three years. I told her I was waiting on a ride. She said "you always say that." I do not remember ever saying that before. At some point in 2013, I was attacked by a roaming pack of feral dogs. I called the taxi company again while bleeding. They told me the ride was still "in the system." That was comforting. In 2017, someone offered me a Lyft. I declined. I am loyal. I believe in commitment. Also, I was still on hold with dispatch. Every year, on the anniversary of the call, I leave a voicemail just to check in. I keep it brief: "Still here. Curb looks good. Hope all is well." In 2021, a child born after my original call asked if I was an art installation. I said no. She gave me a granola bar and walked away without breaking eye contact. It is now August 3, 2025. When I demanded my money back for the lack of ride home, he tore up my driveway. I would less than recommend this company and call Tiger Taxi instead.
