After asking for a refund (not even a refund, just money back for the days that he was not even there), the owner/manager along with another staff member was extremely rude over the phone. A lot of dodged calls and text messages. Following that, finally texted saying they would be sending "everything" via certified mail. Never received anything. Have called, texted, and gotten in contact with the BBB to settle with this extremely unprofessional and horrendous company. I have nothing to say against their training, I'm sure they treat dogs great, but they treat humans with zero respect. Please take your business elsewhere!

After weeks of me asking when and if they would be mailed to me, I got a response that they had been mailed a week before with no tracking number, so they must have been lost by the postal service. If they lose papers, then I wouldn't trust them with my dog again. As far as the training goes, my dog was the exact same as when she was dropped off on the first day. BEWARE!!
