A lot of dodged calls and text messages. Following that, finally texted saying they would be sending "everything" via certified mail. Never received anything. Have called, texted, and gotten in contact with the BBB to settle with this extremely unprofessional and horrendous company. I have nothing to say against their training, I'm sure they treat dogs great, but they treat humans with zero respect. Please take your business elsewhere!
