Spent weeks looking for the right used car, mileage and price when I happened on 5 stars, a little out of the way but well worth the drive. They(Moe and his brother) were transparent and helpful. I took about a 1/2 hour test drive then stopped back by to tell them i wanted to take it out on the hiway....their reaction was to tell me the quickest way to get to one. I kept looking for the other shoe to drop but in the end I got an Excellent Toyota Highlander about 800.00 under blue book, and they made it quick and easy. We visited this establishment about two weeks ago. My daughter had researched several places and this auto dealership was our 3rd and final stop. They have very nice used cars and the prices are affordable. It was my daughter's first car so I didn't want to spend too much on a vehicle but was looking for something reliable. The salesmen were friendly, knowledgeable and had a "no pressure" approach. I ended up buying my daughter a 2010 Nissan Altima that she fell in love with on first sight. I bought a used car that started having problems from the 1st day I picked it up. Initial problem was with the AC. After one week the car would die in the middle of the road. The car cannot be driven. The car is just sitting in the driveway. I have notified the seller/business that sold the car, but, have had no resolution. I bought the car based on the seller's misleading ad like "perfect transmission". This have done wrong. I paid a little over $6000. The car has not been driven more than 300 miles since I bought in in May 2018. The only way to get rid of this car is either donate it and get about $500 or trade it in and get less money than I paid. Fixing is going to be more expensive. The car is a waste. I was ripped off of more than $6000. Five Star Auto (Muhder) you knew this car was defective, but you sold it to me. I bought the car based on your assurance that the car was perfectly fine. I have towed this car twice. I informed you of the problems I was having with this car right after I bought but you did nothing. This seller knew that the car was defective and he sold it to me.
