They used me as a pawn to ask questions about getting audited when I was speaking to a loan representative. They offered me a car on the spot for $150/month, adding a few hours to my visit and then after applying for a loan, which they didn't consider, payment would be as low as 240. I gave a deposit to hold a car and to provide assurance that after repairs (a dead battery, broken Struts, broken sunroof/moonroof, and missing cargo cover), but when DCU informed me of the real title condition, it took me 2 days to get the refund and speaking with the sealed rep and owner of the business. I clearly expressed that I was no longer interested in associating myself with the business and looking elsewhere. A few days later, the owner messages me about s new arrival I might be interested in. This was after I spoke to the manager about the integrity, professionalism , and methods of selling that I experienced.

You'll be dealing with them only throughout the entire process. If they don't answer wait a few and give a call back. They have to step out from time to time. You can also send an email. After completing the work my car was washed, tires shined and inside vacuumed. Erik even buffed my headlight that wasn't damaged so it would look a little similar to the new one. I purchased a 2022 Honda Odyssey expecting it had been properly repaired and inspected. However, at just 30,000 miles, the transmission completely failed. That is not normal wear and tear and raises serious concerns about the quality of the prior repairs done before the vehicle was sold. At the time of purchase, I was also sold an extended warranty through Endurance Warranty Services, which gave me a sense of security. When the transmission failed, the claim was denied leaving me responsible for a major repair out of pocket. So the reality ended up being: A branded title vehicle with a major mechanical failure, combined with a warranty that did not cover the issue when it mattered most. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and expensive, and it completely changed the value of what I thought I was purchasing. My advice: Do not rely on the warranty alone, and do not assume these vehicles have been repaired to a reliable standard. Get an independent inspection and ask very detailed questions before buying. I regret this purchase and would not buy from here again.

The rate I was given was higher, but salesperson said the estimate was based on the Capital 1 rate... it wasn't. 2- Ask for a complete breakdown of what is being financed. I was charged $999 for vehicle enhancements... 3- Don't let them just give you monthly payment totals based on your down payment. Ask HOW they came to those estimates. 4- Be sure you have license plate holders in the front AND back... in Texas you have to have these. I had to go back to dealership. 5- Be rested and clear headed. I don't know if I would go back to this dealership.
