while the work that was done was solid, the pricing was both deceptive and outrageous…read more I was quoted 135 plus materials an hour to fix a bathroom leak. within five minutes, the plumbers had fixed the primary leak. after that, they removed the toilet to take a look and discovered another leak. they stated that to fix that leak would be expensive. I declined to move forward knowing that a simple flange extension would solve the problem. I later received the invoice which charged for a full hour (which was reasonable) plus an additional 165 for unscrewing the nuts on the toilet, picking it up, looking, and setting it back down. I was charged over 300 for a quick 30 minutes of easy work. I ended up doing the flange extension myself and replacing the entire toilet for just $190. aside from the deceptive practice of failing to communicate surcharges prior to billing, the charge for removing the toilet and setting it back down is completely absurd.
