He not only gave me the best price quote to wall mount a 65-inch TV (w/cables behind the wall) but also quickly provided me with a Certificate of Coverage (COI) that my building required. When I told him I haven't purchased the TV yet, I was pleasantly surprised that he also sold TVs and gave me a great price for the make & model I wanted. His price was much better than what was offered by the brand name online and brick & mortar stores that I researched. I received regular communications and reminders about the appointment date.
