I trusted the perfect Yelp to call Leo for a complex installation of an 86" UHDTV and Sonos Playbar with wires completely hidden. Leo was not only the cheapest quote, but he was the BEST. He made weekend availability, showed up on time after calling to confirm, had ALL the needed equipment with him (not charging extra for it!) and did a very very challenging installation with a TON of wires relatively effortlessly. I was in shock. The photo doesn't do justice (appears crooked because of the angle). He was very clean, leaving no trace he was there. And helped set up the TV and Sonos as well. Plus he was very nice to my little kids! It would be foolish to use anyone else.

I called Fastech to install my TV because geek squad couldn't. Can I tell you it was the smartest thing I did because they came a few hours later after two companies told me a few days from now. The techs were fabulous, they were early and the job was complicated. They corrected the problem, installed my tv and sound bar within an hour. I thought they were reasonably price. If anyone think it's expensive, try doing this yourself. I'm grateful because they did a great job on the same day that I called and they were sooooo nice. We requested Leo's services based on the stellar Yelp review. Our ask for his service was to wall mount our TV and run the power and cable cords behind the wall to plug into the outlet. This task turned out to be more challenging than he expected, nonetheless, he was able to complete most of it. However, be mindful if you are a woman and choose to inquire his decision where he decided to square cut a hole and why additional unneeded holes were drilled, he became hostile and left the job incomplete. read more

Leo is absolutely amazing! On a whim we went out and bought a new TV on Father's Day, this would allow us to move our 55" TV upstairs to our bedroom. Now the dreaming part....was contacting someone to come out to install same day?!?!?! To our surprise Leo not only answered his phone, but gave us a same day appointment!!! WoWwww!!! He arrived right on time. Leo knows his stuff, he mounted our TV above the fireplace on a mount with an adjustable arm and did a beautiful job hiding the wires. Tamas determined that Optimum and Verizon technicians incorrectly installed patches that were short term fixes and left behind "the other guy's" cables and connectors that were not connected. In fact, the Verizon Extender was not transmitting a signal and was merely a fixture on the mantle below the tv. I have never had as good a WiFi system in terms of strength of signal, speed and reliability. As important, this Smart Start does what they say they will do without any surprises. They call when they say they will call, show up for appointments on time and really back up their services. In my case there has been nothing to do, since their system is working perfectly, but Smart Start Network has followed up a couple of times in the first 30 days after installation to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If you have a WiFi system you want installed, or have an existing system you would like upgraded I would highly recommend Smart Start Network. Lastly, Phil was the senior technician on my job and was phenomenal. Gina works in the office and is fantastic as well. This is my first Yelp review. I felt compelled to endorse this company because they are a breath of fresh air in NYC, where quality of product and service are often hard to find!

I ended up going to a new store at 279 Smith Street. They explained the problem. That new phones are now digitalized through T Mobile. A simple enough explanation and solution which Mr Fix should have been able to tell, thus I could have saved unnecessary time and money.

He was quick to identify the right pieces of hardware we needed to get things working and he ordered them on our behalf. Working with Leo to get the speakers throughout the apartment was quick, easy & enjoyable! The speaker system continues to work great to this day, ~2 months post install.
