The shop pressure-tested the cooling system, diagnosed a leaking hose to the overflow tank, replaced it. . The next day, when my friend drained the cooling system to replace the water pump, he sent me a photo showing what appeared to be only water coming out of the system rather than a PROPER COOLANT mixture (see pic). After paying a professional shop to work on a cooling system issue, that was extremely concerning. The thought of what could have happened haunts me. I contacted the shop to discuss what happened. They apologized and told me the matter would be handled internally but never admitted error. It didn't change the fact that I left after the repair without being told there was an apparent issue with the coolant in my vehicle. I expected a much more thorough inspection and communication when paying for professional cooling system work. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in the shop, and I won't be returning.

I called and got a deal to strip and tint my car for $100. Any shade I wanted. I went with 5% on the back and rear. And 20% on the front driver and passenger windows. Everything was done in about 1 1/2 hours. The office is easily located right off Shiloh rd by the train tracks. The lobby has movies and samples of tint shades they have. Even offer complimentary water. I waited to see how the tint would look after a few days before leaving a review. Everything is awesome. Bubbles went away after a few days. Can finally roll my windows down lol. I would recommend this place to friends. Thanks guys

The following Monday, I contacted NTX Motorworks and authorized them to tow the vehicle from their facility to Caliber Collision. I specifically chose not to have NTX Motorworks repair the vehicle because they were out of network. What followed was an absolutely outrageous experience. NTX Motorworks charged the insurance company $1,500 for a tow. State Farm considered that charge highly excessive and essentially a price gouge, which required additional approvals before payment could be issued. Because of this, the process took more than a week. During that time, NTX Motorworks charged a $135-per-day storage fee, totaling $1,350. They also added a $900 administrative fee and another 3% fee simply for accepting a virtual credit card payment. They refused to accept an ACH payment directly from State Farm. Total bill: $3,750--for a simple tow and storage. And then comes the cherry on top: they lost my daughter's car key.

This place "Top Auto" had been my mechanic & body shop for over 20 years for engine oil changes,…read morebrake rotor/pad replacement, transmission rebuilt (yes, I had it once for Voyager), CV joints, rack & pinion replacement (ya, I needed it for my MDX, too), starters, alternators, timing belts, window regulators (Hondas/Acuras need them replaced in 5-10 years!), etc. Even body shop works a few times. They never disappointed me. The price quotes were very very good. Services were done right. I recently moved far away from Garland (tough I still work in Richardson). So, I don't go to Top Auto often recently. But, I will go there again for some big repair jobs definitely, though I will have to drive over an hour. One more thing: They are very honest. They never cheat. For an old vehicle, they recommend not to spend money for minor issues. For instance, they never recommended to replace shock absorbers of my 18 years old MDX, while the dealer was pushing for it; the dealer price was even twice or 3 times higher than the used MDX trade-in price!!!
