They were not an approved body shop through my insurance but I chose to take the cash and use them anyway because I felt how genuine this shop was when I met with them for my estimate. They have exceeded my expectations. My driver door of my truck was fixed as well as my mirror and looks fantastic. After my work we took my dad's challenger in for some front and back bumper work. And it looks amazing. The color match was phenomenal and it looks like a new car again! On both occasions they have fixed other extra little issues they noticed without charging as well as cleaning and detailing both vehicles! They even waxed my truck! They are seriously so nice! While we were there to pickup his car I mentioned some issues with my door latch and rattling noise after my accident. They took my truck back on the spot and fix the door latch. Service is exceptional here! As is communication during repairs. They kept us both constantly updated on progress and pick up estimates. And they check in with us after we get home to make sure we are still satisfied with the work. Any issues that come up later they are so accommodating to work on! I also love the perk that if you need other work done that they don't do they have another company for just about anything to get done while your car is in the shop. This is a family owned business that goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with there work. This is the second time that my rear bumper has been painted. The first time was done at the dealership. Even though the car was fairly new. the paint match was a little off. 13 years later I backed into something and needed another repair. Texas Five Star repaired it and the color match is perfect. They also repaired a terrible touch up on the front bumper that was done at a different shop. They replaced the side graphics that were worn and cracked. They did a fantastic job and even fixed some door dings that wasn't in the estimate. they buffed and detailed the whole car at no extra charge. I highly recommend them if you want quality work and excellent customer service at a very reasonable price.
