SO...I brought my car to JP Euro after a check engine light came on with a coolant-related code because I didn't want to risk driving it an hour to my mechanic friend, who was already scheduled to replace my water pump the next day. The shop pressure-tested the cooling system, diagnosed a leaking hose to the overflow tank, replaced it. . The next day, when my friend drained the cooling system to replace the water pump, he sent me a photo showing what appeared to be only water coming out of the system rather than a PROPER COOLANT mixture (see pic). After paying a professional shop to work on a cooling system issue, that was extremely concerning. The thought of what could have happened haunts me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I contacted the shop to discuss what happened. BEWARE.....Took my Lexus ES350 for new suspension. Gave them invoices from Sewell Lexus with ALL part numbers for GENUINE Lexus parts. Emphasized NO aftermarket. Charged me for Genuine Lexus parts and printed it on my invoice. Car rode rough. I went back and ask at least TWENTY times if they used GENUINE Lexus parts from the dealer. Was assured yes. I took to Lexus dealership and spent roughly $300 to make sure. Lexus said THEY WERE NOT genuine Lexus parts, but aftermarket. This is fraud and a clear violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and I have documentation to prove it. Went back and they still tried to lie. LIE AFTER LIE. FINALLY admitted the fraud. I was referred to JP Euro by a local shop in Garland for a wheel alignment on a high end performance crossover. They are about a 45-50 minute drive from my house. Since I trust the person referring me to JP I decided to go. Their shop is immaculate and everyone on the staff is professional. I was greeted by my name when I walked in as if I had been coming to them for years. Within two minutes my seats were covered with protective plastic and the car went to the alignment bay. There were a host of amazing cars there but there were also some everyday cars. I usually like to watch work from the door of a bay but I had confidence and let them do their thing. The waiting room is immaculate with comfortable couches and a modern electric/gas fireplace. Coffeemaker, beverage and snack center and a very clean bathroom. While sitting there I received a text with before and after pictures of my alignment. It was pretty off on many points before but was 100% back on factory spec after. Next, the alignment tech takes the car on a 1-2 mile test ride to make sure it feels properly aligned and that the steering wheel is dead on center. Then the manager takes it on the same loop and finally the manager has me take it on the loop with him in the car. Not only are they our new alignment shop for the family cars but we plan on doing additional mechanical services with them. Very well done guys read more

Trying to find a reputable shop to take your car to can be a nightmare; especially if you're a perfectionist when it comes to your car, like me. I heard of JP Euro through word of mouth through the local car/tuning community. Decided to take my car here after a fender bender to not only repair the damages, but have an aftermarket bumper installed. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I had made the right choice. Jason, the owner personally introduced himself to me and made sure I felt at home. Their facility is very nice, and looking around, I knew that my car would be in good hands. The repairs took about 3 weeks, but that was mostly due to waiting for parts to ship, and working with fiberglass. Let me tell you why I absolutely love these guys. Last month, we had some bad rain all over Texas. I was on my way down to Houston from Dallas and I hydroplaned off I-45 in my Audi R8. My mom's LS460 needed an alignment but the problem is that I live in Austin, and she's in Dallas, so naturally I went to Yelp to find a place. I mean c'mon, if this place is trusted to do alignments on GTRs, Ferrari's and other exotics, I'm sure it would be ok to have them work on a less exotic Lexus. After the service, I asked my mom how it went and she said they did a really great job at a reasonable price. They aligned the car and also drove with my mom around town to show her that the job was done right and to her satisfaction. The staff was really friendly and accommodating since we provided very short notice for the appointment. All in all, I would bring my car here for maintenance if I lived in Dallas. read more

These guys are friendly and go out of their way to provide great service. We brought in our Mercedes for a service B and also because there was a strong mildew smell coming from the A/C vents (apparently this is common in a lot of Mercedes cars). The cost of the service B was a lot less than the dealership. We had to leave our car overnight, but we received updates via text messages. Haven't had any mechanic do this before. Great communication. A few days after getting our car back, we noticed the mildew smell starting to come back. We called the shop and they told us to just bring the car back and they'll run their system that flushes out the air vents for a longer amount of time. Didn't charge us for this. Unfortunately, the mildew smell still came back. We ended up taking it to the dealership and having it looked at there. Their cost of flushing out the vents was surprisingly less. And it actually worked. Haven't had any mildew smell since the treatment. Even though this shop wasn't able to fix the mildew smell from our car, their service was great from start to finish. We'll definitely bring our Mercedes back here for future maintenance services versus the dealership. read more

Peter and his crew did an amazing job on my GTR. Over the years I've dealt with numerous body/paint shops but JP Euro was by far my best experience. I had new aftermarket fenders installed and they filled the holes from my OEM spoiler and the final results were amazing! The team made several adjustments and modifications to the fenders to where they now have an OEM-like fitment. In addition, they managed to paint match the OEM 3-stage paint perfectly! I have a CTS-V Frost edition. Cadillac only made 100 of these special cars With over 700hp and 1 of a kind paint job I wanted someone that knew what they were doing to touch of the paint of my car. After going to 3 different body shops. ONLY JP Euro said no problem we can match the paint. Caliber Collision was at least honest enough to tell me straight up that their was no way they were going to try. I was needing to find an alternative to the high prices the Mercedes dealer charges for routine service. I found JP Euro on Yelp, and they had excellent reviews, so I decided to give them a try. I am certainly glad I found these great guys. Jason and Peter found there was a problem with my car that the Mercedes dealership should have noticed the last two times it was in for service. This place specializes in European cars. I was referred to Jason Phan by a friend and it was the best referral ever! Jason Phan knows his job well and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. I wanted my stock rims changed out to a new set of rims I purchased; however the tire shops I took it to previously were hesitant to do the job because the rim sizes were wider and not "stock." I also knew from the beginning that my stock Bimmer center caps were interchangeable with the new rims but all the other tire shops told me it wasn't going to fit before even trying. Jason Phan the other hand, was able to put the new rims on, transfer the TPMS hardware to the new wheels, balance all wheels, and transfer the original BMW center caps to the new rims. And they washed my car as well. Everything I asked for and more! The entire staff was professional and friendly. The wait didn't seem that bad because there is a nice waiting area with snacks, coffee, and a big screen TV. I'll definitely bring my car here from now on! read more

Looking for a trustworthy/reliable auto shop can be a painstaking and anxiety-filled task, but I'm happy to say I found JP Euro! By its company name and through Yelp reviews, I initially thought it only specialized in European cars. I decided to look up more info through its company website and was happy to learn that it also repairs Toyota and Lexus vehicles. So I brought in my Toyota Rav 4 for a brake job, and they quoted me a reasonable price that was less than the Toyota Dealership and comparable to some auto shops that gave me quotes. With their free wifi, comfortable seating areas, snacks, and Starbucks coffee (Keurug of course), the waiting time is manageable. At least with those amenities, my husband and I were able to relax and stay productive on our laptops. This literally was one of the nicest and most immaculate auto shops I've been to. It had a nice chandelier in the middle of the room and the whole waiting room area was spotless including the bathrooms! The owner was also excellent, friendly, and knowledgable. He would check up on us and give us real time updates about our car. Even after the repair was done, he would double check the work by driving the car with us to make sure we no longer heard any sounds of a brake issue. Lastly, they washed and vacuumed the inside of my car for free! I never experienced excellent auto repair service as I did here. They really care about their work and customer service! I have used JP Importz for both my 01 Tacoma (200K) and a 97 LS400 since 2009. I live in Frisco so it is a bit of a trek for me to get there but always worth it.
