I called over three weeks early to make the appointment and was told she was off that week. When I explained my situation they had the spray tan woman call me. She said the only way she would be willing to come in that week was if someone else made an appointment. I just called Groupon and got my money back after that.

Pro tip: always check your points & passes. EWC is notorious for screwing up your points, and passes. Another location "lost" my pass and won't do anything about it. Once checked in, there were magazines to read or product to browse. However, my technician was right on time with no delay. What I appreciate most was the frosted glass door to the private rooms. Once your esthetician brings you back through them, your brought to a private room that again is organized, clean and labeled. I had my wax with Kristina B. And she was amazing! Casual conversation the whole time and such professionalism. She was honest about what to expect and taught me breathing techniques, which made the experience less uncomfortable. Highly recommend this facility and Kristina B. For your next wax.
