I went in for a dark spray tan and after 8 hours, my skin shows no color whatsoever. I've had spray tans here before and they turned out fine, but I was offered no re-do, no refund, just "deal with it." I've had other issues with this business before, including one cashier who accidentally charged me for two spray tans when I only wanted one. Can I get a refund? No. Can I get a second tan later on? No. Palm Beach Tan is just down the street In Chanhassen. Go there instead. Much more professional. read more

Friendliest, best customer service ever. love that it's not a chain!Clean thats always updated & reasonable prices. It's been around for years in a strip mall that keeps having businesses close and they survive for a reason... Because they are top quality. Towels provided, owner himself will make sure you are welcome but all employees seem knowledgeable in advising customers advice on not burning , type of tanning to use etc. from what I could overhear. read more

As others have noted, Palm Beach Tan - Eden Prairie practices highway robbery. It's a classic case…read moreof bait-and-switch. Back in 2018, I signed a contract for their "Tan Stay & Save Program." I haven't returned to the tanning salon since then. However, from 2018 to 2022, I was being charged $5/month, which was credited to my store account. Today, I saw on my bank account that I was still being charged the $5 monthly fee for an accrued total of $200+!! I was shocked and furious because no one from Palm Beach Tan ever contacted me to ask when I would be returning and to remind me of the $5 monthly fee. I returned to the salon and signed a Notice of Cancellation to finally stop the $5 monthly charge. Their sales practice is unethical. Not only that, but the employees are obviously trained to peddle the various tanning products and rope people into buying endless memberships. Their high pressure sales tactics are worse than used car salespeople. I will never, ever return to Palm Beach Tan. Buyer beware!!

I went with a gel manicure and spent $40 base price. They do prefer cash and charge a fee for credit card, $2 for Amex which beats the charge to take out cash. QV Nails was just okay for my recent pedicure…read more I paid extra for the next level up, moisturizing stuff in the foot bath and extra massage time - and it was just okay. Staff if about what you'd expect - liked the mural wall art. They had on a typical Friday afternoon show. I didn't use the bathroom. Can't speak to cleanliness of the place based on that. I paid extra for cat's eye nail polish - and it really just looks like glitter polish, but $10 more expensive. Wish they would have told me it doesn't 'work' look good on toenails and I could have tried their nail art or just kept my $10 So it was $55 pedicure + $15 for upgrade + $10 for cats eye nail + 10% tip = about $90 for something I am pretty indifferent about kind of bummed me out a little. The thing that I kind of sit on the fence about is there was an older dog that seemed to have free roam of the place. I'm a dog person - so okay and I get it - BUT what about people with allergies? I didn't get a manicure, so maybe I'd try again but definitely not going out of my way to come again for the toes. Take a chance!
