The techs here are great, you get what you ask for which is all anyone would want. I have gotten almost every single service here but the one that I do on a consistent basis is my nose (I don't know what it is but I need that done lol). I always have a different tech and I think this most recent time I got Anette (?) and she was just awesome. I walked in there and said I want it all gone, every single hair lol and she made sure to get every single one. I think I've gotten so many nose waxes at this point that I am immune to pain but I've never had any issues. The store is clean and cute, always smells good. I've never had any issues. If you are having booking issues.. just call them, it makes it so much easier. The online tool is convenient but not easy to edit (in my opinion) and calling just always is a safe bet.

I was running late (due to my own negligence and over scheduling), and called ahead to let them know I would be 10min late. They were so kind and understanding. Parking in uptown can be such a hassle, but it's not nice that they have free parking in the back of the building.

This store has a wide range of essential oils & they hand craft their own skin & body products. They were helpful & had a wide range of vegan products (I found a one-step cleanser that you don't need water for - just put on a cottonball & wipe over face. My previous stylist joked that it looked like a drunk person had done my hair so I was a little shy about having someone see it again. (Thank you Ari!) I'm that person who wants something fun and new but never goes for it, and this was the same with Ari. I mentioned wanting a change but we both agreed not to try a shag and she trimmed me up and styled me nicely. Easy to chat with and also easy to be quiet with. I had visited Fox Den before they moved just for a perm consult and was happy at that time too. I hate parking in uptown but would visit again since they're one of only a few green salons in the Cities.

I knocked a star off because I feel like I got passed around between several different stylists in the process of my detangling, and that there could have been a smidge more communication between everyone involved. that being said, they did a great job and were very patient with me while I squirmed about in the chair. Esme gave me the best hair wash I have ever experienced in my entire life. they truly have the healing hands and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful of a job they did.
