I honestly was worried about it from the outside but overall it's a great place. I would definitely recommend trying it out for a local bar. The bar tender was great!

We initially chose the first table, assuming the tear was minor, but after taking a closer look, we realized it was much more significant than expected. We immediately requested to switch to the second table with the lighting issue, which worked out fine for us. However, when it came time to check out, another slightly younger, taller staff member with long brown hair informed us that we would be charged for both tables for the 3-4 hours we were there, even though we only used one. My coworker, who prefers to avoid confrontation, ended up paying. I did ask to speak with the older gentleman we had originally spoken to, but he was busy bartending at the time, and I had to leave to catch my Uber. I believe this situation could have been resolved more fairly with clearer communication. I've always enjoyed coming here for drinks and pool, and we make a point to tip well. That said, this experience was disappointing. While I understand that the establishment may have its challenges, better communication and customer service would go a long way. We're easygoing and patient--especially since we work in the restaurant industry ourselves--but being charged for something we didn't use (that other guests were using--mind you) despite addressing the issue upfront, felt unreasonable. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning. There are other nearby places with well-maintained tables and better customer service that I would likely choose instead. I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt this situation warranted sharing. I hope this feedback is taken constructively.

They have old school scorers and a full beer bar. Appeared to have some liquor but it's not old school without a pair of beers a pair of cues and who can last the longest before they tap out. The only thing missing here was chips and salsa. That would have sealed the deal on recurring visits. Would I consider not hungry. Yes. But if you're even an inkling hungry their limited package chips won't do. The owners are extremely nice. Appeared to have issues with the live DJ who was putting music thru manually but it was enjoyable. If you're coming here to have the glitz and glam of futuristic sterility then dont come. If you're coming for a laid back business that just wants to give people a nice chill place to shoot pool and enjoy some Mexican music this is a good spot. Close to the palwaukee airport too. Probably a pilot bar. On par pricing for the market currently. Billiard rates across the area are pretty flat around $10-15 an hour upper end venues commanding a slightly higher rate and this place deserves it for keeping a vintage billiards hall untouched aside from vital maintenance. This is how you keep antiquities there for people to enjoy. Hidden gem for sure. Check it out at least once if you're in the area

Overall experience was great. Pool cues and tables were kept up and were fine.

The food was about what you'd expect from a bar--good, satisfying, and hit the spot. The drinks, however, were excellent and definitely stood out. I get that there might be rules about being underage since I was 16 at the time, but the way she handled it kind of made me frustrated. I tried asking a few questions to understand but she really didn't care. No effort to help, no manager, nothing. Just straight up dismissive, like she didn't want to deal with us. We were about to leave, but then I recognized another employee I had seen the day before. She was older and actually kind. I asked her if she could help us, and she ended up getting us seated and we were able to order food. Don't get me wrong I'm glad we were able to get seated but If we weren't allowed to eat because we were under 21, then how did we end up getting seated anyway? It just makes it feel like the first worker either didn't want to help, was having a bad day, or just didn't care at all. I didn't get her name, but I remember she wore a lot of makeup, Hispanic long hair, looks kinda Asian, wore leggings that day funny looking. When we finally sat down, we had to pay before eating, which I guess I understand for younger people, but it still added to everything feeling weird but either way if they know that I'm underage why would they have me paying first and why would I order a drink with alcohol in the first place. We were there from around 3 PM to 10 PM, and during that time we saw more issues. A family sitting next to us was complaining because the waiter was taking way too long which maybe was 15-30 min, and eventually they just left (the waiter was Hispanic with short hair, glasses and looks special. Then another family came in and had problems with seating. They were told certain tables were "reserved," (by the same guy btw) but it didn't even seem true because since we were there all day, we got to see who was there and what was going on with the waiters not being able to satisfy some of the customers. Finally after they had to ask multiple times before they were finally allowed to move to a better spot to watch the big screen. During this time, the same guy (Hispanic guy, short hair, I'm assuming maybe assistant manager or actual manager which would be crazy because he was unprofessional, special looking) was making me and my girlfriend uncomfortable because every time I would look around, I would see him already side eyeing me not in a mean way but in a weird way like if he knew we weren't supposed to be there or he was just bothered that we were they're and maybe even being pissed about customers complaining about the crevice. Overall, the whole place just felt unorganized and inconsistent. One worker tells you one thing, another does something completely different which I'm thankful for because if it wasn't for that lady, we would've just wasted our time. Customer service really depends on who you get, and that shouldn't be the case. Remember, I didn't get her name but the young lady at the front had a lot of makeup, fat, long hair, looks Asian, had leggings on. The guy was wearing all black, had glasses, maybe the manager, special looking, and just bothered by us when we were just trying to have a good time since we were already frustrated.
