He said he would look into it and call me back. He never did. I then sent him a detailed text explaining everything and requesting an update. That was ignored too. Meanwhile, my shower continues to leak every day, wasting water and increasing my water bill. The biggest issue isn't the delay--it's the complete lack of communication and accountability.
