I had called in the morning to ask about having them instal a water filter system for the house. I was told a plumber will come between 1-3pm today to look a give me a quote. By 3pm, no one showed up. At 3:30 I called and texted and no response, totally ghosted. I was impressed with the level of workmanship as well as materials used; Uponor PEX type A for underground burial and Mueller Type L copper pipe run overground. Also, they didn't forget to replace the main water shutoff valve and fittings in connection with the meter. Besides, the owner, Robert backed up his workmanship with 5 year parts and labor warranty. Rubio's plumbing team worked till 7 pm to make sure that the job is completed so we could have water back for the night. I was getting a faint foul smell comings from the drains in 2 of my 4 bathrooms. One night my plumbing was starting to backed up so I contacted Rubio's plumbing. They responded in a timely manner, were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Long story short ,they figured out the cause of the backup after scoping the plumbing with a camera, a 70 yr old cast iron drain pipe, 50 feet of it,the roots from the ficas we had planted in our lawn in 2020 grew into the drain,and partially blocked the drain. This was the only section of the drain that was not replaced when we torn down the old home in 2017 and built the new home. Rubio's plumbing removed the old drain, hauled it away and replaced it ,not only is my plumbing working great, that foul smell I had coming from my drains in my 2 bathrooms completely disappeared! In addition they left my lawn looking great in the area they dug a deep trench to reach and remove the old drain and were very clean, they take great pride in their workmanship!!! I said it once before and I'll say it again - household appliances always break at the worst possible time. I did some laundry over the weekend and threw the wet clothes into the dryer. Set it and forget it, right? Wrong. We went out for the day and came back to see the dryer was still running and the clothes were wet. After some research, we learned that the dryer is past its prime and it made more sense to replace with a new one than to try and repair. Since I was replacing the dryer, it made sense to replace the washer at the same time to avoid future exigent circumstances. Turns out the washer couldn't be installed upon delivery because one valve was completely stuck and the other one was leaking. The delivery guys were nice but basically said "that's a whole lot of not my problem" and left. Enter: Rubio's Plumbing. One quick call to Robert and he scheduled his guys to come and, not only replace the valves, but also installed the washer. He also remembered that I had been meaning to switch out our kitchen faucet and said he could take care of that in the same visit.
